I stopped in last night for a pizza, I walked up to the register to order and a young lady by the name of Jackeline according to my receipt was standing there. I walked up to the counter and she just looked at me, and I was looking at her. I was expecting a greeting of hi how can I help you or something but no she said nothing just looked at me so I said hello can I get a cheese pizza and crazy bread. She then began to speak and ask did I want sauce etc after I paid I left and when I returned I went to the counter and she must of saw me from the back, she walks out, place my food on the counter and walks back into the back. No have a good day, no thank you, Nothing. I walk to the door but then I walk back to the counter she then comes out again stares at me and says nothing once again. When I begin to leave again she walks to the. To me jackeline displayed horrible customer service and she needs to be retrained or told that she should do a better job of making customers feel welcomed. This was my first time at this little Caesar’s and probably the last because I’m big on how people make me feel and I definitely felt not welcomed! And the pizza was not that good, cheese was kinda missing from some slices but Crazy...
Read moreNot all Ceasars are created equal. The one I go to here in Miami Lakes on 186th St and 67th Ave is by far the better of the ones I've ordered from. When I order in store which I only do when I buy Crazy Bread, this Ceasars is the only one that will make the bread my way, under baked and loaded with butter and cheese. Their way of baking til golden brown is terrible b/c the bread keeps cooking in the bag, effectively turning the bread sticks into dried out carby weapons.
My way leaves the bread soft and pillowy. I still remember one day asking for it to be made my way, and the guy behind me said he wanted it my way, too. This location makes it for me whereas a different one refused to. If you wanna try the best Crazy Bread, ask them to bake it fresh and only until it is pure white, then drown it in butter and parm. The residual heat will make the bread absorb the butter. If they refuse to make it for you, go to another one. If you're in Miami Lakes, go to the one on 186th and 67th ave NW. It's your money so you might as well spend it in a great place instead of settling. Here...
