My friend and I had problems with getting an Uber and had been canceled several times. We finally got one but we would arrive 1 minute after departure of the spot. We call FlixBus in hope of someone can help. The number from their website turns out to be greyhound and not FlixBus. They where very polite and helped us through the situation. I was given the number to the driver in hope I could do something. I ask the driver if he could wait one minute which he refuses and tell us we can go to the next pickup location. We then go there and no bus shows up. We try calling the driver but nothing. Turns out that they had the wrong location on their website and on Google. We call FlixBus to ask for help and if we can reschedule to the next or get a refund. We were told that it was not possible at all and we couldn’t get a refund on our tickets back either. So we spend over 100$ for nothing. Thank you FlixBus… Also the driver told the customer service he left later at 4.06 (the departure was at 4 - we were there at 4.01) which is a lie since we could see that no bus where there when we arrived and we talked with him literally 2 min before departure where he said he was gonna drive now - which means he left before time.
