
I left my luggage behind after arrival at Miami Intermoadal Station. Immediately informed the security guard on schedule Mr. Daniel Romero whom was very professional and helpful understanding my needs and how to solve it. I gave him my bus number and asked if he can please keep an eye in case the bus returns and has my luggage. Coincidentally a hours later, the bus arrives and I get that call from Mr. Romero that my luggage has been returned to front desk. I have a wedding today and my shoes and suit were nside. Im highly thankful and forever grateful for his service. I know Mr Daniel Romero will always be an honorable service provider great attention to detail and willing to understand and help me beyond expectations. Thank you Mr Romero!
