Myssy was by far the kindest most attentive person I had the pleasure of meeting during my time in Miami for surgery. Her rental was extremely clean and if we needed something she was there for us right away. She is not only a great person to do business with but an amazing resource. She has seen it all and has a lot of knowledge about the Doctors, facilities, also pre and post op situations/concerns. I have purchased two Faja’s from her also and they are top of the line. I had an incredible stay at BNB Experts. The location was perfect—tucked away in a quiet neighborhood yet close to several food joints and MiamiLife! The house itself was spotless and well-equipped with everything I needed. Myssy was an exceptional host, always available for any questions and provided great local recommendations. She helped deliver medications when I had no help ! Myssy made everything so easy and I felt safe! The little touches, like extra food in the cabinets ..shower supplies…washer and dryer..extra pillows and blankets..made me feel right at home. Highly recommend...

If I could give 10 stars I would, let me start by saying how amazing and accommodating Myssy and her entire staff were, from check in until check out I was taking care of so well. I was alone and getting surgery and didn’t know how it would be but Myssy was so helpful and caring, provided me with everything I needed and was there to make sure everything went smoothly.
