I have been buying from Stoneline for over 10 years. Sent a friend to there maimi location to buy 6" x 12" Silver Travertine. I have Personally visited their store and met with the Sale person Lizzette and look at their selection of paver Travertine weeks prior. I explained to her that I was look for and quality. I took 4 to 5 pictures of the different tones of Silver or light Grey pavers my customer/Friend was looking for and I stated he wanted a premium quality paver. She informed me that they had only 1 quality and that it was top notch. I looked closely at the Pallete on the wall of the showroom to confirm of the quality and I was happy. What my friend and customer received was commercial grade Paver. The pallets had a mix of straight edge pavers, mixed in with tumbled Travertine. In Addition to is mixed product, we had paver and paver full of broken paver and holes everywhere. It was not small holes (1/4 or less), but pavers with 3/4" to 1 1/4" in at less 25 % of the pallet, in addition to all the off color tumbled pavers. We also found 34 sq. ft. of 12" × 12" pavers mixed. I purchased the difference (166 sq.ft.) in addition to the 34 sq.ft. they were willing to change and what we found was the same poor quality paver I sent them pictures of the paver and they made me drive from Jensen Beach all the way to the Miami Store to exchange them, Even though they had a store off the I 95 and Blue Heron Blvd. I informed them of the poor quality of pavers and they refused to accept that there was an issue. I explained to them that I had a pallet of broken pavers and a pallet in a half of pavers with large holes and they would not acknowledge that there wasn't a problem. We ended buying the same product in there West Palm Beach store and the quality of the pavers were of the quality we should have been given. We continue to complain about the quality of the pavers that we found in the remaining 4 pallets ( We purchased 2,000 sq.ft = 10 pallets) and the continue to give us excuses and not believing what we were telling, even though we sent them pictures. EVEN THOUGH WE ENDED HAVE A TOTAL OF 3 AND A HALF OF WORTHLESS/COMMERCIAL GRADE PAVERS, THE OWNER WAS WILLING TO GIVE US I PALLET IN REPLACEMENT. TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY, HE WANTED US TO TAKE THE DAMAGED PAVERS THE WAY TO MIAMI FROM JENSEN BEACH. NOT TO THEIR STORE IN PALM BEACH. WHAT B.S. IS THAT!!!. WE HAD TO BUY AN ADDITIONAL 1/2 PALLET IN THERE PALM BEACH STORE IN ORDER TO FINISH THE JOB. THE SALES PERSON LIZZETTE ALSO DID MY CUSTOMER/FRIEND SOO WRONG. SHE STATED THAT IF WE PURCHASED THE PAVERS IN THE PALM BEACH STORE, WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY MORE. WE LATER FOUND OUT THAT WE WERE CHARGED AS MUCH, NOT TO MENTION THEY CHARGE MY FRIEND $900.00 + IN DELIVERY CHARGE FROM MIAMI. JUDGE FOR YOURSELF WHAT TYPE OF COMPANY AND IT'S OWNER DOES SUCH A THING TO A CUSTOMER THAT HAS DOES BUSINESS WITH THEM FOR...
Read moreI just redid my patio with sandblasted Turkish marble I bought from Stoneline. I dealt with Kadir. All was fine until the stone was installed. The grout started getting black. I called Kadir to see how he could help solve this problem. He said I was the only person having this issue. According to him it was due to humidity and installation. The installer replaced part of the patio and put a special product under. Same problem. My contractor suggested to sandblast the patio which I did. It was nice for a week. Same problem came back. The grout joints are black. And in some tiles, there is a line that appears to be a crack but it is not. The line is rust color. Today I found out I am not the only one having this issue. I spent a fortune with the patio. Stoneline needs to compensate for all the extra expenses I spent in trying to correct...
Read moreI bought 100 square feet of a stock limestone tile (1/2 of what I needed but all my car could take in one trip) The stone was not at all like the showroom sample, we looked at it for a week to see if it was acceptable and decided it wasn't. I called and told them I would like to return it for a diffrent stone. they said it was not their policy to take any returns especially on stone which is "a natural product" and besides "you bought it more than 5 days ago".Even though I wanted to buy twice as much of a more expensive stone they were totally...
