Twice as Sweet — Restaurant in Miami Springs

Stumbled upon this small little sweet shop today. Of all the time I’ve been coming to Miami Springs I had unfortunately failed to see them.

Anyways, I walked in and was greeted with a great attitude from the woman behind the counter who was very pleasant and helpful.

She told me she had brownies and I immediately said yes. The brownie was a GREAT size and $3 value. I thought it was worth every penny, it was moist without being undercooked and properly baked without being too dry. It tasted fresh and made with good ingredients.

Twice as Sweet Bakery is quaintly nestled in the storybook town of Miami Springs, FL. They offer an array of unique baked goods. Not only is everything they sell delicious; everything is made with quality and love. The staff is lovely, professional and easy to work with. I had the opportunity to work with them for my mother’s 60th birthday cake. The cake they produced was well above my expectations. The strawberry shortcake is amazing. We’ve ordered it twice, as well as an Oreo cake for my husband’s birthday (also delicious). Recently, we had my son’s Mickey safari birthday and I wanted some themed desserts for his cake table...so Elizabeth did the cutest Mickey head silhouette sugar cookies in different animal print, and brownies with monstera leaves on top. Not only were they so cute, but they were soooo good. I usually have so much left over on our dessert tables, but everything was gone right after we sang happy birthday....
