I usually do not review fast food chain restaurants unless it's above and beyond expectations or way below expectations so obviously this Chipotle has sank below expectations...way below. I've been to this location about three times each time they're not busy but somehow the place looks like a pig pen. I usually have to clean my own table. So you might wonder why I keep returning? Well the one and only reason I drive past the local Hot Head Burrito is for the Chipotle Vinegarette sauce. However tonight after they started making my bowl I found out that they were out of the sauce. To which I asked if they were going to be making more and the kid said no, we won't be making anymore today. I seriously wanted to tell them nevermind because i hate to waste food, so I stuck it out and continued to the corn, cheese and lettuce. As soon as I saw the lettuce on my bowl there was a huge strand of hair! I pointed it out to the guy making it and he simply pulled the hair out of my bowl and looked at me, as if I wanted to continue making bowl? Again I was nice about it and just had him pick all the lettuce off and continue without lettuce. I paid and sat down at the table that I had to clean and proceeded to eat, again without the Chipotle Vinegarette. Throughout my bowl I kept getting bits of hard rice, probably not cooked? So between the pig pen eating area, no Chipotle Vinegarette, hair in the lettuce, and the uncooked rice, I'm done. This place will never get a penny from me. I'm actually disgusted at how nice I was about everything! Normally I would've demanded my money back, but I was with other people and did not want them to feel uncomfortable. Read moreLast time I been it was a couple years ago. Compare to this time. NOT so GOOD. The rice they were serving was dry out & HARD. The black beans look like they been in the pan all day & dry out. They didn't have any chicken to serve. They had a HUGE mess along the assembly line where they put your sauce on. Which after COViD U would of thought they would be cleaning more offend. There was an older female checking out people at register. Which U could tell she was NEW & still learning. I understand she needs to learn but HELP her out when there are 6 families waiting to check out. Then I found out they got rid of MR. PiBB. SMH....that was there BEST drink I thought in the soda's. Then I had to ask for hot sauces cause there was little left in the 2 bottles they had out there. When before they had 6 -8 bottles U could grab. When WE had to find a table it wasn't that there was a lot of people sitting but all the table were a mess. AGAIN goes back to COVID & CLEANING properly. On the way out the trash cans were so full that U couldn't put your trash in there. Seems like they need a manager to be more out on the floor than hiding in office. Definitely was a disappointment from MY last visit. Hope something changes. If not it's just down here from here. Read moreI am so disappointed! This used to be my favorite location. But now... It's very 'hit or miss' (but mostly 'miss'). I asked for a salad dressing, watched the girl get it out of the cold case behind her & then i swear it looked like she put it in my bag. But she didn't! And we're in the middle of a little "snow event" so i couldn't really go back out by the time i got all the way home and found that the dressing wasn't there. This was the SAME GIRL that just 2 weeks ago told me, "we're all out of dressing. I'm not sure we even made any today. Most days we just don't get around to making it." 😦 Like, WHAT? I don't dare place an order online! Things get messed up & forgotten when I'm ordering in person! I cannot even imagine what I'd get if i wasn't THERE supervising the making of my food! is being a cashier at Milford Chipotle that difficult if a job? 😞
I just wanted to add that it seems that over the last year, this chipotle has stayed constantly BAD. And, to add salt to the wound, when a bad review is left a uniform response is left asking "How can we help?" And gives a website to visit & voice your concerns.
