Very rude experience. This was my first time in the store and I was not aware of the no FaceTime/video call policy. Furthermore, another friend had FaceTime me from this store two weeks ago to ask which item, I would like to purchase. So, I was very shocked when the sales employee told me rudely that there was no facetime/video call. It felt borderline discriminatory. When I brought up to another employee that another Google review left by Ariel Garcia mentioned being kicked out the store for FaceTiming and the owner replied to him, that they DO allow FaceTiming, that this was a FALSE statement left by the owner. She told me that they didn’t allow FaceTime/video calls in the store due to their competition. She said that there are signs posted all over regarding the policy.

The establishment needs to do a better job of transparency, clearly they don’t allow video calls, so be weary of the replies from the owner, they are not truthful replies. I suggest telling everyone that walks in immediately their restrictive policies ( all sales final, no video calls, can’t try on sunglasses, etc) and overall, just be nicer...

Bad experience with the prices on items. There aren't any prices on the pieces, the cashier won't tell you what the price is and the check out screen doesn't tell you the prices either. I asked the cashier to tell me prices on items and she ignored me and just told me some of the ones that had low prices. Then when it comes time to pay she sends me to another register and they pass my card without giving me the total. When I asked to return two items off the receipt cause they were too expensive they refused to give me a refund or credit, even though I had not even left the store let alone the cashier counter. BUYER BEWARE! Even though they have some good priced pieces some of them are really expensive and their tags do not have any legible prices on them. When I went in the first thing was said to me by this lady with a attitude was, ARE U A WHOLESALER very loud I said Yes I’m A Wholesaler. So I’m looking around and on my way out I ask the bold head guy, how many pieces I have to buy? He replied very loud and aggressive as if I was aggravating him by asking a question. People was looking because it seems like he fussing with me how loud he was. I politely walked out with nothing.
