Do not recommend!!

Michelle was my aesthetician and after paying for an overpriced chemical peel, my face looked the same before and after!!

She attempted to deflect and provide every excuse to blame me for her lack of knowledge and performance.

For example:

She stated I did not receive measurable results because it’s hot in Miami. I told her we’re under a lockdown and I work from home and haven’t stepped foot outside during the day in a long time. Then she became quiet!

Further, she said it was because of my skin care regimen. However, the effectiveness of a chemical peel itself should not rely upon a skin care regime, especially since one is supposed to discontinue any skin care regimen while peeling.

And then I asked her what skin care regimen she suggested (since she never gave me any information in her office). She was again silent and could not offer any insight.

Michelle finally said no one else complained before. I told her I have gotten the same peel from other clinics and no one has ever done a poor job before.

I have since gotten a new peel in a different location and have amazing results.

I will warn everyone on all of my social media platforms to stay away from this...

I have been struggling to get this dewy glowing morning face and guess what.. today I woke up.. and who had it :D me!! After trying Urban Skin Rx which was a complete failed experience. I went into this Clinic. Sometimes you have to invest in yourself to get what you want and desire. I am in love with this place. Jannet !! I love her so much. She is THE SWEETEST. She made me feel so comfortable and made me see so much value in facial and taking care of my skin. I love that she doesn't try to sell me anything just for the hell of it. I respect that so much. She cares about how i feel, how i want to look, and shows me the way to achieve it. She made really got me comfortable.. I truly felt like i was talking to a long lost friend. I can't wait to see you in 6 weeks...

I have been coming here for extraction facials since the skin clinic first opened years ago. They are much more thorough and professional than other places I have tried. Yesterday I tried Vivace for the first time (face + neck) and Michelle was very kind and thorough. I would recommend front loading with Advil to supplement the numbing gel if you are sensitive but don't want to ask her to dial it down.. Plan on no sun exposure for a week or so after and no skin regimen that evening to allow the soothing...
