Ranch Supply LLC — Local services in Miami

My husband and I have been longtime customers of Ranch Supply in Miami, OK, but over the past year, our experiences have been very disappointing. For months, we witnessed a young lady (who often brought her baby into the store with her) be completely neglectful of customers. She repeatedly disregarded shoppers in need of help or those waiting to be checked out. We were relieved when she left, but very disappointed during our visit on Tuesday afternoon to see that she has since returned. Adding to the frustration, there is a gentleman who “proudly brags” that he is the manager, yet he is equally unhelpful. He plops himself around the store, reeks of urine, and shows no initiative in assisting customers or setting a professional example. It’s no surprise that this location seems to have a revolving door of employees, which we attribute directly to poor management and lack of leadership. That being said, this review is not directed toward the entire staff. There are two individuals who truly stand out: Asia, who is always friendly, accommodating, and the first to drop what she’s doing when my husband needs assistance. She has even loaded our vehicle with heavy bags on her own, something my husband himself struggles to do. The dockhand is also very nice, quick, and efficient every time we see him. Unfortunately, two good employees cannot uphold the reputation of the store by themselves, and it’s not fair that their efforts are overshadowed by the behavior of the manager and cashier. We would love the opportunity to get in touch with the actual owners of Ranch Supply, because this store has the potential to be so much better. Until the issues with management and accountability are addressed, it will continue to fall short of the customer experience it...

Been a customer for decades at this location while Terry and Nancy were the owners. Was excited to see the improvements and upgrades when the new owners purchased it finally made it in to buy a pallet of mineral tubs only to be meet by a nice young cashier and a VERY RUDE “MANAGER ” that seemed to simply hate ppl and her employees. She was very upset that she had to come out of the office to help as she belittled the employees and had just a bad attitude towards me. I'll admit I was sad to see the old owner go after years of advice and that small town thing where the man not only remembered us but knew what critters we have.. but the new owners are living up to that too .... He's helped me figure out several problems and I will continue...
