Dollar General — Local services in Miami

I was not greeted when I entered, which was understandable bc the 2 ladies working were talking...then I hear what they are discussing...they are ranting and raving about transferring and not fulfilling their 2 weeks etc...there was a line yet only 1 of them had a register going, not acknowledging customers anymore than absolute minimum interaction, they would say "anyway" after being interrupted by a lil older lady that was struggling with using her card on the machine...she finally said "it says waiting for cashier" and the lady behind the register said "no, its waiting for you" then promptly went back to talking very loudly to the other lady "working" (who also had mysic feom her phone playing and was talking over it rather than turning it down or OFF....i just stood in line like wow...i work retail customer service and we all have those customers that can be pains but this was complete lack of customer service! the 2 ladys "working" at 4:30pm on August 4, 2020 need trained in customer service...if they were my associates, i would let them go 💯 and from what I (and every other person in the store) heard, they arent going to stay their 2 weeks anyway 🤷🏼‍♀️ so disappointed bc its not...

Morgan, the "manager" on duty this evening, was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude from the time the employee at the register paged him to the time I walked out because he "had to reset the computer and it was going to take at least 10 minutes for the computer to reboot, there was nothing he could do and he had stuff he had to do". The guy was flat out rude and hateful and I will no longer be shopping here. The kid at the register was nice but I highly recommend that whoever is above this guy look at how their shift managers or whatever he is are treating customers that come there regularly. The store has now lost a customer that has spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars because Morgan doesn't know how to conduct himself in at least a halfway respectful manner. The best part was, after he restarted the computer, he didn't even say anything to me. He just started walking towards the back. I had to stop him and ask what the deal was. Haha It's...

I'm not sure if it's a Dollar general deal or what's going on but this store is dirty and I feel as if I'm in a box that is getting smaller and smaller with me inside of it cluttered and just boxes everywhere. The cashier employees was drinking mountain dew and energy drinks so fast like chugging it while checking out also they were blaring rock music and she was controlling the music from her cell phone and she would just pull her cell phone out to change a song If she didn't like it no matter if their was a line of customer and the other cashier was singing along and was obnoxiously rude like she knew it, it was just a weird vibe I...
