I’d give no stars if I could! Very poor communication with service. Taylor was no help at all. Went days without calling me back when she said she would. She called me thinking I was another customer and was asking questions about Lincoln points. When I told her I didn’t know what she was talking about, that I had the MKX there and was still waiting for her call, she quickly made up an excuse and said “oh yea I was calling to let you know that I’m going to call on these parts bc I’m having trouble finding them on the computer.” Days went by so I called her and was told that none of what needed to be fixed was covered by my warranty, that she would call me when her manager got back that Monday. Again, Taylor never called so, I called her and was again told that nothing was covered, when I know that wasn’t true. I told her that Bill Knight in Tulsa, where I purchased my car, told me it was and I could take it to any Lincoln to be worked on if needed. Her reply was “well if you think they can help you then go back there”. So I did and everything but the front end was covered! It could have been fixed weeks ago.    Read moreDealership is old run down. Parking for service department is extremely limited and hard to get in and out of. Customer waiting room is very small, limited to three seats and the chairs are worn out and very uncomfortable. My oil change when completed was discovered by me to have been overfilled and I had to return to the dealership to be drained and refilled to the correct level. Dealership also put an oil additive that I didn’t ask for or want and charged me for but removed the charge after I noticed it on my final bill. The only positive thing that I can say is, the employees are very courteous and go above and beyond to make the customer happy. I have decided to change my preferred dealer for future service to Frank Fletcher in Joplin,MO, mainly due to the fact that my oil change at this dealership cost me $55.00 compared to $95.00 at the Vance Ford dealership in Miami,OK. I truly hate giving a bad review to any business but thought maybe this could somehow make a difference for the future of this dealership and their customers and employees.    Read moreExcellent service!!! I went in for new tires, but based on the milage they had me check my oil change as it should have been due. I had it changed last at the Vance Quick Lube in Grove; however, they do not share that information with the dealer... I found that strange. They asked if I wanted the alignment checked or done; however, based on the low mileage they suggested I wait and see if I needed it. Great advice, as I didn't need one after all!!!
