Stevie Nowlin was so QUICK on what I needed and how quickly I really needed it. I pretty much knew what I wanted. He had a version of it, but not what I wanted. In 2 days he had what I wanted sitting on his parking lot because he got up early one morning before a full schedule of selling stuff and went and got the car I wanted after lots of phone calls. He had me on the schedule and I had the car bought. Now THAT is service with a smile. Kevin and Stevie are the best!! Kevin went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Anytime I needed anything, he was there to help. The people at this dealership quickly become friends. This is much more than just people selling cars. It's people looking to meet the needs of the community and have a good time while doing it. Could have been a better a better experience if I could get a straight answer from service. I had to find a ride for 7 days due to the fact no rentals were available. I was told the whole week I would get a rental and my warranty covers a rental but I was just left without anything to get me back and forth to work I didn't get a newer car so that I was left without transportation.
