I'm not happy with the experience I have had today. A couple of weeks ago, without an appointment, I asked the service person about a vibrations in the steering I was having with the car. She suggested a wheel alignment and balance. When I got back to Bentonville, I got both of those and they were good. My appointment today at 2PM, I wrote on my reminder that the vibration was my concern. I arrived at 1:30 and reminded the lady that the vibration was my big concern. A while later, she came and reminded me that I was early:::.Later she asked if I wanted an oil change--I said yes. About an hour later she came in and said we were ready--I said what about the vibration,--she informed me it was a shudder. Then she went back to check, I guess. Later, another person same and said she was not that familiar with Lincolns--she mostly dealt with Ford. Said maybe a complete transmission flush--later came back and said after with discussions with others--maybe that was not the best because Lincoln needed this at 70000 miles. Sometime later we were told someone was driving the car again to check. About 3:30 we were told it was done. I paid the bill and the lady said--you know you are in sport mode--I said I'm not too sporty--she said she would reset it and got in the car to do so--after about 10 minutes of fooling around with the panel, she went to get somone to do it, he came and pressed the button on the stick and the image disappeared. If the person in charge of the service deptment had known anything about the car (a Lincoln) she could have solved the whole problem within 5 minutes. I've had my car serviced there since I purchased it several years ago and have always been very satisfied--until today. As far as I'm concerned, the persons wasted hours of my time because of their incomplete kn owledge. Sorry, I'm very...
Read moreWe bought a used Expedition from them. Sure they are nice people but that doesn't help the fact that the truck has had mechanical issues since day one. We had to wait over 7 months just to get the truck in the shop for something they knew was a Ford recall on it before they sold it. A Ford dealership would have known about recalls. The recall finally fixed but something else goes wrong next day! Truck is still not running right and overheating & leaking out every day. Don't trust them and dont expect to have it fixed. Manager only cares about reviews. UPDATE: We got our truck back after several weeks in the shop. Engine light came on the next morning. Chug-a-lugs after decelerating again. I would love to give a better rating because Levi has been very cooperative with trying to fix it and communicating with us but it still is not fixed. UPDATE #2: Levi coordinated another pick up of our vehicle to return to the shop. We believe the issues have all been repaired now and it seems to be running well. Much respect to Levi & mechanics for the repairs, courtesy &...
Read moreMy husband traded in a 2022 Ram for a 2020 F150 on May 16th (Thursday). My husband was told his Ram would be paid off that same week or the beginning of the next week, May 20th. We called the week of May 20th because we noticed the payments were still coming out of our bank account and we were told a check would be sent NO LATER than Friday May 24th. It is now June 6th and we are still waiting on a check to be sent to pay off the loan and as of Tuesday June 4th, the Ram was already up for sale on the Vance website. My husband and I have called Hayden and Truman numerous times and each time we are told a check was cut and it will be sent today or tomorrow, but no check gets sent and now our calls are just going to voicemail or we don't get called back. We're still paying the loan on a vehicle that is no longer ours so our credit is not hit for a late payment. Any help getting this issue resolved would be great!
