If you’re looking to have a monogram embroidered, I recommend going elsewhere.

I’m sure my experience there would have been MUCH better had I been helped by anyone besides the gentleman who owns the business. Not very friendly, and certainly didn’t put too much effort into what I wanted(especially considering how far I drove). He could have been just having a really bad day, but I will not be back to find out.

*Editing to add: I had called weeks prior describing what I would like done and offered more than once to email a photo of the monogram size and font I wanted done on my item to make everything easier on everyone- to which I was told it wasn’t necessary- and after coming in and being told ‘we don’t have anything like that’ and showing me only a basic cursive font and a blocky round monogram font- it was disappointing. I asked if the font I wanted could be added- if I could pay for them to add the font(to which I was told it would be about $10) and I even pulled up an example of a full alphabet of the font I desired quickly on the Etsy website(the listing said it was an svg font) for him to compare and hopefully find the font on whatever source he uses to add fonts. He kept mentioning the file I was showing him was an SVG file and wasn’t for embroidery despite me trying to explain I had brought it up for comparison purposes. Regardless, an apology for the inconvenience and maybe a ‘we would be happy to look for the font you are wanting for your monogram. We will get ahold of you when we have it added and would appreciate you bringing your item back so we can get it embroidered for you’ Then I would have fully respected that he truly cared and was genuinely trying. Instead I got the sense It wasn’t worth the extra work and neither was my business. There were 2 gentlemen who came in right after me to discuss a design for shirts, so clearly more money would be made with them than with me, so who knows.. that could have had something to do with my experience as well. I came in on a Monday, requesting if they could get an item done by Thursday morning. They said it wouldn't be a problem (which I was thrilled about because I know it's a short turn around time). Called to talk to them about getting shirts made. The man on the phone wasn’t pleasant so I decided to swing by the store to talk in person and to show them the logos and what we would like to get. I wanted to go to a store In my hometown to support local businesses and it was one of my worst experiences as a customer.
