Incompetent.We ordered a small carpet job for our newly remodelled house (a set of stairs). They messed up the order big time. No one checked the order when it came in they would have easily determined that the quantity required did not match what they received. Then, their recommended installer was supposed to show up for a Saturday install and forgot, when he committed to our appointment, that he already had a job on Saturday and didn't show up (after a discussion on Friday the day before!).We were trying to have this done for Christmas. Staff knowledge is grossly deficient on Festool products, in addition to being unhelpful.…as if customers are an inconvenience.

The manager refused to open a crosscut FSK 67 guide rail from the shipping box to see if it work with my TS55... after I had to explain the difference of crosscut FSK vs. normal guide rails to him.

Festool buyers expect informed advice for the premium we pay. You will not receive anything beyond staff reading a catalog (happened 4x) at Von Tobel.

I called this summer and asked if they sold mobile home doors the gentlemen said yes so I drove to Michigan City from where I live. I said a few times it was for a mobile home so i got the pre measurement and order the door over 900.00 dollar door picked up today and it's a house door the gentlemen should have told me that they don't deal with mobile homes and I would never order the door now I'm stuck with a door I can't use. Please don't lie to females...
