Consistently Very Good. Have visited this Burger King while traveling several times, it's notable the most important factors are spot on. Food is hot, even at off times. Service is personable, responsive to expressed wishes or needs, polite, attentive, appear to genuinely want you there, and swift. Bathrooms have always been clean (although I wish there was a choice between what I call the hurricane đ machine, and paper towels. The beverage bar, tables and floor and the employee work area are kept very clean. On this trip I used the last of the catsup cups, mentioned it to the person who had waited on me who responded they would "get right on it but in the meantime here are some catsup in packets," and gave me a generous handful of them. The only reason, that I can figure, for the lack of a filled parking lot (which is huge, be the way) is the Burger King location being about 3/4 mile further into town. I am hear to tell you it is worth the drive! Don't forget to download their app! It is intuitive (a rarity for most fast food brands), has MANY excellent deals in the app, listed as "offers" at the bottom of the opening page, and will save you a serious chunk of change, My wife and I had a double cheeseburger meal that comes with fry and drink for $3. Try doing that at MickeyD's or elsewhere. At any one time there are usually 12-20 app offers and they have always accepted multiple offers in the total order. Try getting a large fry for $1 anywhere else or 10 chicken nuggets for $1.49. But you have to get and use the smartphone app which gives you 15 minutes to redeem the offers either in the restaurant or online ordering...your choice. It was later evening when we stopped but the parking lot didn't have a single piece of trash strewn about. Only negative, Burger King, you need outdoor trash containers! Keep up the consistent quality and congeniality and you'll...
Read moreThe worst of the worst. Never had a store mess up more orders or be so unhelpful when theyâre wrong. Any time you order using the app, which they encourage, it gets sent to the store wrong. When you complain, they wonât ever refund you, instead offering reward points and coupons. Eventually enough is enough when they send you 4 burnt-to-a-crisp patties on your two burgers, and two overly sweetened âunsweetenedâ iced teas. So I asked for a refund. I was told that because of the number of times this store has screwed up my order, they refuse to refund or even offer a coupon. Needless to say I gave them too many chances. Iâm still arguing with support because it cost $40 for delivery for 2 people and Iâm asking for a refund only on a couple items, theyâre still refusing! Check out that picture - pitch black! And customer service says I donât deserve anything because theyâve done enough (a couple coupons and a handful or reward points - theyâve given me sweet tea when I ordered unsweetened I think 4 times now this year).
Editing to add that customer service said their decision is final and they refuse any refund, and to warn everybody that when you try to call the store theyâll drop your call a few seconds into the hold music every time. This place is an absolute joke.
Hope nobody diabetic comes here and orders a sugar free drink, then has more sugar than theyâd have all day in the first sip of sweet tea they didnât order.
Final edit to say that after the BBB got involved I was promptly offered a refund along with a condescending message about how they were right to refuse it initially and how I will not be refunded for anything again. Lovely way to bring back long time...
Read moreWe made an online order because this particular store advertises that it's drive thru is open until 3:00 a.m. their system accepted our order and charged us at about 11:45 p.m. When we arrived to pick up our order (at about 12:10), the attendants working there cailmed their "system" was "wet" and they were unable to take orders at that time. When we explained that we had already placed an online order that was accepted and then charged to our account, the attendant only said we needed to try and get a refund through their website... ummmm, wtf happen to customer service?? I started working for McDonald's when I was 14 y.o. over 25 years ago. Had that ever come out of my mouth to any customer, I would have been fired on the spot. Kinda hard to establish an epic/good type of work ethic when you literally stop working 2 to 3 hours prior to when you should, tell people it's because your system was "wet" (being in the north western portion of Indiana, when isn't it "wet") and then refusing to acknowledge the fact someone placed an order, was charged for said order and you refused to do you job instead upholding your commitment... for what??? Just getting paid to not work your hours as you should? I hope this post gets to your managers as they ought to know that they and your management company is wasting its time, money, and effort on a store that obviously is committed to fail and totally fail...
