Well we bought our mattress there 6 years ago. The first one we bought was defective and the head was slanted downwards. So they replaced it only to have to have them come out again because the second mattress caved in in the middle so we changed mattress brands all together. Now here we are 6 years later with a 1o year warranty and the bed is breaking down on both side cause both my husband and I a lot of back pain. We went In to American mattress only to be told we would have to pay 99.99 for them to even look at the mattress which we didn’t in the past. It has now been 10 days since we paid that fee, and still no one has called to inspect the mattress. I have called twice only to be told that they would call the company that inspects for them on Saturday if I hadn’t heard back and get back to me. Saturday came and went I called at the end of the day only to be told they company is closed on Saturday. He would call first thing Monday and call me. Well Monday has now came and went. No call back. I am getting the run around obviously so I hope any one person out there doesn’t need to use their warranty. This is very trusting and unprofessional. We paid a lot of money for this mattress. And have no follow thru. I realize a lot of business are short staffed but you can’t tell me that a phone call can’t be Made to set up a appt in that time frame. Next up contacting Simmons beauty rest customer and letting them know the poor business their customers...
Read moreTried to get us to upgrade to something we had not purchased, sat on, and a total different brand that we purchased. And then moved our delivery date from the 20th to the 27th. We will never.....never use this company again.
to your response. All we ever wanted was the set we saw and tested in the store....we don't care about a $300 upgrade...you purely ignored my wishes, and that set behind the delivery date. You fail to realize I had to take a vacation day to be home for the mattress. That upgrade is also something that we never tested, so we wouldn't know what we would be getting!! But if you are so concerned about the COVID precautions, why would the delivery company come back and forth into our home to bring multiple mattresses if we didn't like it. Yes you did offer a refund, to which my husband and I considered greatly. But we do not have the time in between our 12 hour shifts to go look at mattresses again. I know you are upset about your 1 star review, but if you listened, and not ignored me, we could have had our mattress...
