Mattress Firm went above and beyond. We purchased a Tempu-luxebreeze soft from them 2 1\2 yrs ago. Spent $6000 on our purchase. When we got the mattress, was very hard and not cooling. We were assured it takes a while to adjust to the mattress and for the mattress to be "broken in". We had suffered with it long enough and went back to MF to see about buying a new mattress. Kyle told us our mattress was still under warranty. So we reached out to Tempurpedic. They were NO help at all. We realized we probably got a firm instead of soft mattress as we tested both again in there showroom and the soft mattress was soft. We tried the firm mattress and if felt like our. They, (Tempurpedic) probably in error zipped a soft cover label over a Firm mattress. It also wasn't cooling as advertised at 10 out 10 for cooling. ??? Tempurpedic would do nothing to prove we received the mattress we purchased and said our claim was closed. So, Mattress Firm is making this right for us! We can't say enough about how much help Melissa at the Michigan City, In. store was to us. She contacted her supervisor and really got this taken care of for us. Amazing and so welcoming ! We walked into Matress Firm with the intention of just looking at mattresses as we were debating on purchasing a new one soon. We were immediately welcomed with a friendly “Hello” and a wave from a gentlemen even though he was finishing up a current customer . He proceeded to let us know he would be right with us when he was finished and to feel free to browse around. This always makes you feel good when you are acknowledged . When he was finished , he approached us, introduced himself as Monte , and asked if we were in search of anything particular . We had told him what we were looking for and he immediately took us to look at and try a few options. We proceeded to tell him that we particularly liked one of the options but it was a little above what we particularly wanted to pay. Monte proceeded to ask what type of price range we were in search of and then told us he thought he had JUST the mattress for us . Well, he sure did ! We were sold within a few minutes and our brand new bed will be here in just two days ! The service , friendliness and knowledge Monte showed was just wonderful ! Thank you again and we can’t wait to receive our mattress and enjoy a ,hopefully , awesome...

Bought a Sterns and Foster Rockwell Luxury Its so amazing I have problems with hip, lower back and knee pain. I could definitely tell that the Sterns and Foster's gave less pressure on my sore areas. Can't wait to get it delivered because of our schedule we have to wait a couple weeks. That's with fingers crossed because of the pandemic. They also give you 120 days to sleep on it if you not satisfied you can exchange or get a refund. But if you get the refund there are restocking fees and what not. So you won't get the whole amount back. But are mattress is 13 years old , I'm not going to get a refund if we're not satisfied I well exchange but it's a lovely mattress made in Cocamo Ind. And even gives you the name of the person from the factory that made it. Can't remember the name of the sales person but he was so good and patient while I keep going back and forth from mattress to mattress trying them out.
