When I went to Cleveland Home Outlet two years ago, I was happy to find great prices on the essential items I needed for my home. Two years later, I’m really disappointed in the quality of these items. The bed frame I purchased has acquired two broken posts, making it difficult to have an even frame to support the mattress. The dining room table and chairs all have legs that buckle and bend out of place when you move them. The couches I purchased are uncomfortable and look drab after only two years of wear.

I’m not the type of person who is careless with their things. I take care of my possessions, and it’s been frustrating to have these materials break so easily. Such a great deal they only have a 40% mark up from wholesale, where others furniture companies have a 200% mark up! What great finds inside from Ashley furniture and others overstocked items. They do have same day take home, how ever other items do one directly from manufacturer. Check out the color tags to help you along your way. They always offer financing as well. We were absolutely thrilled to find our sofa at Cleveland Home Outlet, and just received delivery yesterday afternoon, and it a perfect fit for our TV/ family room. Very friendly people and wonderful courteous staff. Rodney helped us at the store and also scheduled our home delivery. And delivery was on time and very professional team!
