ALDI — Local services in Middleburg Heights

Absolute horrid experience ordering curbside through the Aldi app. I have an order number, they took my money, and no food in return or explanation on how or when I'll get my money back. My husband went up there and they looked at him like he was dumb and seny him to the other location, which obviously did not have my order. Then I came up and nicely asked for a manager.Kevin the manager is useless. He smiled in my face while telling me there is nothing he can do or contact about my order, even though it's through the Aldi's app. If it's not in my screen I can't help!!! Wow! The Veronica wanted to just in to tell me the same bs with her snoty attitude. So y'all straight stole my money at this point, had the nerve to smile while telling me so. Then told me to call customer service. That's a joke... Call it Please!!!! You will see it's a recording to go on the app, unless you're a senior citizen. Absolute thieves at this point. I've sent three messages to their customer service and contacted instacart that couldn't find anything then hung up on me. Now you've all wasted my time and money in addition to what you stole!!! Brand new location for Aldi's. Very nice and clean store. Self-serve checkouts available. Plenty of parking. Being said it can be a little difficult getting out of their parking lot unless you wait...
