USA Chrome Truck Shop — Local services in Middlesex Township

Hello I would like to address about a review that was made about this chrome shop by Holly Kimball. I have done business with Mr Shahid the owner about 4 to 5 times. I've always had a positive experience with this store and the customer service. I do feel Ms. Kimball may have stretch the truth a little because I was standing right there. And I feel it's unfair to give gentleman a bad report. I'm all about good customer service. And as a truck driver we experience alot good and bad. Now the day this happen Mr Shahid left his dentist appt to come open his store for us to do business with us. However we were both there to make a return witch ment Mr Shahid was going to lose money. But I can say he gave her and the most positive treatment like he always does. However I could hear Ms Kimball frustration when she didn't like the answer she received. I felt bad for her and I tried to help and mention were she could maybe go for her return. I felt she was maybe lied to by another truck stop about here return merchandise. She did not purchase her product from Mr Shahid store as he is also NOT contracted with the truck stop were his shop is. He's a independent business owner . But she did try to return her merchandise with him at his store as I had. Mr Shahid will return any product from his store if you are not satisfied. He will doing anything he can to help you or order anything to make you happy. My product would not fit my seat cover and he gladly return me a full refund ever after the 30 day window. I was shocked and amazed. And he did it with no frustration or attitude. We shook hands and he smiled. Unfortunately that wasn't the case with Ms Kimball. I could tell she was frustration and I tried to help. She quickly left unhappy and stormed out. But giving a bad review towards Mr Shahid was unfair in my eyes only because I was standing there and from my experience with him has been 5 star in my book. I'm sorry for Ms Kimball I hope she got her money back some how. And to all you truck drivers if you want a good experience and decent prices compare to the big stores than Mr Shahid at USA chrome shop petro truck stop Carlisle PA is your place to go. Went to see what the store had for inventory. It has enough small to medium items such as chrome dash pieces, lights, steering wheels, shifter extensions, and window chops. No big items to spruce up the outside of your rig besides lights, chrome lug nut covers, axle covers, mud flap hanger lights. The price is a little high on certain items but not too bad.
