Burger King — Restaurant in North Middleton Township

If I could give zero stars, I would. To start, sarah took our order (2 8 piece nuggets with sweet and sour sauce). Then I proceeded to wait in the driver through for about 7 minutes. Once i got the food, I asked for extra sauce, the girl (had half black and white short hair) gave an attitude and after handing me 2 more sauces, slammed the sliding door. Then upon looking in my bag, I had only received 1 8 piece nugget. So I parked and walked inside. Then sarah at the front register looked at me and the receipt and said “you only ordered 1, I took your order” so I pointed at the receipt and said “no, look, 2 8 piece nuggets” and she goes “ya you’re right”. This is a joke of an establishment. Can’t take an order without messing it up. Can’t handle a paying customer asking for extra sauce without getting mad and slamming the window. And can’t even take responsibility for their own mistakes. What a joke. Will not...

I don't understand how after over a year this place is still this bad, I placed an online order in 20 minutes to order wasn't ready I was missing an item out of the bag plus I was missing my milkshake. In the short 5 to 8 minutes that I was in the lobby there was a literal argument about people working whilst 3 to 4 people stood around staring, I've worked in quick service I know it's stressful trust me but I got a really ask where did it get you to talk to each other the way you did and for everybody to not do anything. I literally will never step foot into this Burger King again and I'm a delivery driver I will risk my job saying no before I ever step put in here again. Walked from petro next door went inside and saw bout 5 workers and nobody wanted to take my order the person making burgers had to stop making food to take my order because the rest was trying to figure out who was laeving and staying at work then i guess the team lead started arguing with 1 if the other person and cursing too while lots customers with kids were waiting on food got my food and eat inside and was going to get a ice cream but the arguing got worce i thought almost to the point of fighting was crazy so i left and walked to McDonald's and it was nice and calm got me some ice cream there ill make sure and never go to that buger king again thats sad too signs everything saying it was a brand new restaurant wow cravy that they act like that with customers in there even worce was man with kids and all the cursing between...
