Master Han is a phenomenal instructor. Our son who was 5 years old at the time of enrollment had been enrolled in an awful taekwondo school before we found D.W. Kim U.S Taekwondo center in Middleton. We enrolled him in 2021 with Master Han. Since, that date our son has become more responsible, disciplined and dedicated to the sport. Master Han’s approach to teaching is one like I had never seen before. Master Han uses a “fall 7 times, get up 8” approach to guide the children to their full potential. Our son now uses that method to tackle everyday challenges. The morals, values and self-discipline that my son was taught during class have opened so many doors for him. Our son, now 8 years old is a black belt. He has accomplished so much in 3 years, each step of the way Master Han fully supported his endeavors. Our son has been to countless State Championship, Taekwando tournaments and participates in both training corp and demonstration team. Master Han has been in our son’s corner for every sparring match, every single competition and every step of his black belt journey. If anyone ever asks us if we’d refer someone to Master Han…our answer is always the same, ABSOLUTELY! I started at Middleton US Taekwondo (M.U.S.T.) in June 2021 and I am so happy that I did. Master Han and the amazing leadership team are dedicated to the students and create a wonderful environment for learning. Since I started here at M.U.S.T. I have become a 2nd Degree Black Belt, a Leader, an Assistant Instructor, Instructor, a teammate and much more. Every time I walk into the dojang I feel so welcomed by both the students and by the parents as well. We have great community members who are always ready to help. I feel so grateful for all of the opportunities that this school provides. Whether that is teaching a class, working to improve my own skills with Master Han, or competing at a competition, I have always had the support of my fellow instructors and classmates. I have the great pleasure of teaching the Kiddie Korp class at our school (ages 4-6). It is always the best part of my day to spend time teaching them. I was just about their ages when I started my Taekwondo journey. Working with them now brings Taekwondo full circle for me! Finding the right Taekwondo school for our 9 year old son was hard. We were looking for an authentic Korean Taekwondo school. The minute we walked in the door, I knew we found the right school.

Master Han is very professional and his knowledge is extensive. Each instructor is very helpful at every level. Our son enjoys M.U.S.Taekwondo so much that now my wife and I take classes also. We now do taekwondo as a family!

The children's classes are larger in size compared to the adult classes however the class schedules are extensive in choice. Master Han has even changed his schedule around to better fit our needs with our busy schedule and we are grateful.

Master Han challenges us in a very positive way to build on many things including Self Control and Perseverance. Taekwondo is teaching our son discipline, how to become a leader and he is also much more respectful.
