At Home — Local services in Middletown Township

POOR DELIVERY SYSTEM! if you don't live close by the Media store, don't expect them to deliver your package. They use Uber Eats to make deliveries. I didn't know that. I ordered something on 7/17 and wanted it delivered next day. (I live about an hour away). Well I paid through PayPal and waited a week for my package. It never came. I emailed customer service (no phone number available.) Turns out the driver returned my package to the store the day after I placed my order. The store thought it was delivered. (I called the store and talked to the manager. He was no help.) Then the store canceled my order. The note in PayPal said it was canceled because it was "damaged". Meanwhile the second uber driver has my order and is on her way to my house. Then she calls me to tell me Uber won't pay her for the delivery because it was cancelled. I never got my item. 2-19-23 Although I have not been at this Media, Pa. location yet which is closer to me, but I did visited their store At Home in Willow Grove, Pa. and loved every minute I was there. Everything is well organized and easy to fine and so many BEAUTIFUL things to fill your home with. I pretty much decorated my new home through this store. Staff are very friendly through out my visit each time I went back and didn’t mine the distant knowing I’m always going to find Great treasures and Great pricing. I found this store through my sister who lives in North Carolina and I immediately goggle this store name and found their location in Willow Grove, Pa. Anything you are looking for for your home for Livingrm, dinningrm., kitchen, bedrm., bathrm., familyrm., vacation home, storage, organizing, etc….ONE STOP SHOP FOR HOME! At Home store has it!!!!!!!! THIS STORE IS A HUGE MESS. This store is a disaster; so messy, items literally falling off the shelf. And, the associate that "helped me" couldnt care ANY LESS about their job. NEVER RETURNING.

I placed an order for in store pick up - Hours later, I got the text that all my items were ready. The next morning I went to pick up said items. I arrived and the items were not at the pick up location, the associate told me I could go walk around and pick up the items myself "yeah, if ya want." After trying to navigate this store for too long, one of the main items turned out to be not in stock. I got no notice of this when I placed my order. The other items, once I found them, were banged up and damaged. Items fell on me. No one helped. This experience was a time suck and left me ragey.

Horrible store. Bad customer service experience....
