Just spoke with manager about my online order! The manager seemed unprofessional about the product I order. She talking about she don’t know if my product was available but online when I made the order, it said it was in stock for pickup. I ask if the online inventory was wrong. The manager basically couldn’t give me an answer. I ask about having the item ship from another store to this store. The manager says she couldn’t do that. I said my online order was already paid for. The manager said it’s not already paid for. I say I looked on my credit card statement and the Michaels store already debit the amount on my statement, so I can’t use the funds freely to pay for the item some where else. The fact that the manager debates with the customer about whether a product that was ordered online, was not paid for or not, should tell that they don’t prioritize correctly with online orders. And I just looked on my Michaels account and saw that my order was still on preparation status, 4 hours after I made the order and a mistake was made on one of my items about the quantity and the price was off. The manager says that they don’t process orders after 3pm but on my specific order there was a mistake. Last time I ordered online my order was ready in an hour. I don’t think it matter when I placed my order because I already paid for it online. So, I will be going there tomorrow morning to specifically address this in person. The manager said she would call me before the store would close, about one of the items on my order that they couldn’t find, but she never called me back. I had a feeling she wouldn’t call me back. Because, before, when I was on the phone, the phone conveniently disconnected when I was discussing the integrity of the inventory online compared to the physical inventory at the store. I literally have a headache now because of this! I will never order online and pay at this particular Michaels. Also, normally, I wouldn’t order online because I like and prefer to receive my product as I pay for it in person. This just confirms why I like to do it this way! I don’t recommend this Michaels store for...
Read moreI would never ever recommend this Michael's store for framing. I took a print in last evening to have framed (with no cost limit) and when I asked the young girl, who obviously was the manager, if she could help - she looked at her watch, gave a disgruntled sigh (loud enough that me and another customer heard her) and then had he audacity to roll her eyes. I abruptly turned around and loudly said 'never mind, obviously I am bothering you'. Why do these disgruntled people work if they don't want to be there? I was very willing to spend over $300 to get my print framed because I wanted a heavy frame with non-glare glass but guess what - that store lost out because of her!! I will never step foot in that store again. If I could have given them less than 1 star, I...
Read moreDon’t bother going to this store for framing. I went there and was supposed to have something framed. I called and was put on hold for almost fifteen minutes. I called back and complained. I finally got to speak with one of the framing crew. In any case, I was told that the frame they ordered was the wrong size. They wrote down the size wrong, not what I told them. I called to inquire what could happen and I was threatened that they were going to call the police on me for being upset. Which, I was okay with since I will call my lawyer to go after them for such stressful threats. I have done business across the country and never encountered this. They need to tell their employees that they are in a service job. Not, there to insult and upset their...
