Consistently the WORST Chipotle any time I visit. Usually it’s mediocre enough to get past it’s faults. The steam tables that keep the food hot are barely luke warm so even if you eat your meal in store immediately after you get it it will not be hot. The served portions are usually smaller than other locations (unless it’s rice, then they destroy your bowl/burrito with rice) and what they’ll have in stock is a gamble, always missing at least 1-2 toppings one of which is always fajita veggies. The staff too are a gamble, sometimes you’ll be helped by a friendly or at the very least an inoffensive team member while at other times staff can be dismissive of you or even rude. This Chipotle has honestly made me stop going to Chipotle altogether. However, I went today as it’s Sunday and the Chic-fil-a is closed. My experience this time was so bad I came to write this review. At 6pm, 4 hours before they close, they were out of 4 different toppings including guac and unsurprisingly fajita veggies. The staff either couldn’t or wouldn’t make more. I settled for what I could actually order and was rung up. I was asked if I’d like to get a drink too to which I said yes and paid. I was given a very small cup, the one’s usually meant for water. I asked if I could have the normal size to which I was told they were out of normal sizes. Good thing I already paid the full, regular price. The staff said if I wanted a refund it would be a second. I left not wanting to go through the apparent “hassle” I would be creating by asking for a refund. Before I left though I went to grab a fork, however, the receptacle was completely empty. I asked staff if they had any more after which they pulled out an entire box full of forks, handed me one, and put the box back. That instead of restocking the forks so customers wouldn’t need to guess if they can eat their bowl without using their hands as impromptu forks. Mind you all of this happened while it was nearly dead, no long line or backup of online orders, so to me it seems like this Chipotle doesn’t care and can’t be bothered to meet the bottom level of standards. Read moreThis is my first time leaving a review but the experience was so bad I needed to warn the public. Came here with my family yesterday. First, the place was almost empty but it was still hard to find a seat because the tables were filthy. The customer service was the worst, every employee looked like they just found out their dog got ran over in the parking lot. The lettuce was almost out, only a few pieces at the bottom of the pan and instead of refilling it- he gave me the welted, wet, soggy 5 pieces of lettuce from the bottom. The rice was HARD, either undercooked or hard from sitting out so long. The steak was cold and old. Nothing was fresh. They hardly filled up our burrito bowls the way the other locations do. It was gross and we couldn’t finish it anyway. My kids quesadillas were so overheated the cheese and tortilla was hardened. They didn’t even want to eat them. They put my kids food on one small little piece of cardboard for them to share (?) didn’t give my kids their sides, and when I asked for them they brought them to me in little to-go containers. Not the chipotle experience that I am used to at all, and I’ve been to a lot and have never had an issue when it comes to food quality. I went for a coke and a white liquid came out, not sure what that was but I can assure you it was not coke. The sodas were flat and had a strange after taste, we couldn’t drink them. Also, the woman working the register was sweeping under us while we were trying to eat- the other tables were dirty and empty but she decided necessary to sweep under our feet while we ate. An employee was listening to her headphones while working behind the counter when I was trying hard to get her attention to ask where the trash was located. Eventually I got her attention, and she wasn’t even sure if where it was she had to ask another employee. The woman at the register was by far the worst, she looked like she was falling asleep. Read moreCustomer service is horrible every single time I’ve stepped foot into this place. Today I went in to place an order and I greeted a young lady who claimed to be the “manager” of the store. When I started my order I let the young woman who stated her name was “Gem” I believe that this order will be a veggie bowl and stated that I was vegan, after she put the requested items in my bowl their was a young man who took over and I simply asked him to change his gloves due to him just cleaning up meat and cheese off of his station and he had absolutely no problem with that. As he went to wash his hands and switch gloves the so called “manager” gem with the bright colorful braids (pink, yellow and green) I believe, she says loudly to him that he didn’t have to wash his hands to make my order then proceeded to put a handful of CHEESE in my bowl, I corrected her and stated that I told her that I was vegan and could not have cheese, I then asked if the guy could just remake my food being that he had freshly cleaned hands and was much more polite and she told me that I would have to get in back of the line even though I was there first and she was the one who made the mistake. As a store manager GEM why would you argue with a customer when you’re dead wrong. Y’all are so unprofessional, problematic, ghetto and rude and need to be removed from this establishment asap before it fails. I was treated horribly by a girl who stated her name was “Gem” and when I asked for a manager she rudely told me that she was one. She is unstable and definitely should not be working with the public, when I got to the counter to pay they acted as though they didn’t see me waiting to pay for my meal and didn’t assist me, so I left the food where it was and walked out.
