Party of four, placed order Anaiah on 11/6/19 at 5:54:46 PM.
After 20 minutes, I checked with shift supervisor, Mya, regarding when the meals would be ready for pick up. Ten minutes later, I again checked with Mya who was trying hard to expedite orders. She told me that they were trying their best to get the orders served. The kitchen staff appeared disorganized and communications among Mya and her staff was severely lacking. We were among 10 or so other customers waiting for their orders, many of whom appeared to be upset about the long wait. Mya told me that the former kitchen crew had been let go and that their replacements were not yet fully trained. The food finally made it to the pick up counter with Mya literally scrambling to get the food onto the trays (without any time for quality checks). The food preparation and quality was not worth the long wait. By way of example:
The two chicken Mediterranean bowls were tasty but consisted of far too much rice and quinoa way to little of the other advertised ingredients. Perhaps the product should be renamed to "rice & quinoa with some chicken bowl.
The one-half toasted Tuscan chicken sandwich was served on a French baguette roll-- not on ciabatta as advertised. The sandwich was underfilled with the advertised ingredients and I had to take the top off to check if there was anything between the bread slices. The sandwich was served with another French baguette roll I was never offered chips or an apple instead. The vegetable soup, fortunately, was very good.
The mac and cheese was extremely watered down. My ten year granddaughter described it as mac and cheese soup. She didn’t eat much, so I tried to finish it for her as I was still hungry after picking at my mostly bread chicken sandwich. I agreed with her “soup” description.
During our extended stay in the store, we did not observe anyone wiping down tables in between use and the men's rest room was very dirty and messy.Clearly, it had not been serviced in some time. I observed the toilet paper holder was no longer on the wall, but was on the floor.
No apologies for the bad experience were received at any time during our visit. It is sad to see so many bad Panera reviews from all parts of the country--I hope that they can get their act together and return to their founding principles on which Panera's...

I am a regular paying customer
How dare you insinuate that my money as a LBGTQ individual is less valuable and welcome than that of say a traditional patron
All customers should be treated equally
Another thing Panera as a company prides itself in being progressive and accepting but actions speak louder than words
I guess what you really meant is it depends on the area and if people complain and or feel uncomfortable
I am beyond pissed off and have reached to corporate.
Corporate is no better tho they have basically stagnated my Complaint it's been radio silence
Someone was supposed to follow up with me
Or do you just say what you think a person wants to hear to get them off the phone make empty promises
If that's the case be forewarned
Have it your way I can keep posting more and more places
Or you can simply do the right thing and reach out to me and discuss the matter and situation.
I want something in writing sent to me regarding this
Because words alone verbal alone means nothing
You have a problem with me put...

Echoing what other reviewers have said, this is a very dirty location. Expect the floor to be sticky around the ordering kiosks, drinks, and bathroom. There was a person on drugs in the bathroom standing with his head in his arms against the paper towel machine, he was dozing in and out. When I told an employee she was genuinely concerned.
Sold out of many items at 4pm on a Wednesday. Sold out of baguette bread, potato chips, romaine lettuce, green goddess salad dressing and cilantro. Cilantro can be found at the grocery store across the parking lot.
The side fruit cup was mostly empty.
Cups of soup for carry out are pre portioned, so if they look not full, they will NOT fill them to the brim.
Pick two with a soup and a salad is coming to over $15, so if you want to head somewhere else, I’m with you.
Again, no baguette side with the soup because they are sold out, the Broomall location was...
