Physicians Weight Control — Local services in Middletown Township

I was not impressed from the moment I walked in here and I should have trusted my gut and left. After calling and finding the office down a long completely dark hallway, I was greeted by a nice receptionist and asked to fill out forms. I filled them out and was called back quickly. The Dr proceeded to go over Phentermine and all of the side effects and how the medication works. I politely said I was only going to get Semaglutide due to previous heart racing issues with Phentermine. He interrupted me multiple times and did not care why I didn't want Phentermine. He then goes and gets the prefilled syringes of Semaglutide, quickly has me inject it in my stomach, and tells me to have a good day. No direction was given, no information about the medication, nothing.

The first and second day I felt fine with no side effects. The third day I started feeling awful. The day went on and I got worse and worse. Fourth day I was even worse. I end up googling it and turns out a lupus medication that I take can send my sugars dangerously low if taken with Semaglutide. I call the office to double check since you cannot just trust Google and I listed the medication on my list of other meds with the office.

The doctor calls me back and is extremely rude and nasty, never answered my question, and basically said that I am blaming them and he doesn't appreciate it. I literally just asked if that was in fact the case and if so should I stop the lupus medication. Never got an answer and instead he rambled on and on about people blaming peloton when they didn't even open the box. It was the most ridiculous phone call I've ever had.

Fast forward to the fifth day and mind you I just decided on my own to stop the lupus medication since the doctor was of no help - now I am violently ill. I go to my family doctor because PWC is a waste of my time and I spend the entire day vomiting with no relief.

I finally stop throwing up and call PWC on the sixth day to cancel my follow up appointment, speak to a doctor, and request a partial refund. They keep telling me a doctor is busy and will call me back. Now over a week later I am still waiting on a phone call back.

Do not use PWC. They do not read your chart, do not provide information on the medication you are injecting into yourself, do not speak to you regarding genuine concerns and side effects, and then just blow you off. Seems like a very unsafe situation and possible...

I went to see the woman doctor this week. I'm not sure of her name. I paid $140 for a months supply of diet pills. She ended up giving me 14 and told me to cut them in half. I left the office and returned ten minutes later when I realized I had paid double. One months supply is $140.00. (28 diet pills, I got 14) I was greeting by the "male nurse" who looks & acts like Jack Nicolson from The Shining! He had mismatched clothes and his hair was all over the place. I told him I would either like 14 more diet pills as I paid for them or give me my check of $140.00 back & I'll issue one for $70.00. Well, he went back & talked to the doctor who said simply NO. I asked to see her again, he said NO, I asked for my check back, he said NO. I demanded my check back...after arguing with the pycho for five minutes, he THREW my check at me and went off like a nut!! I could not believe it. I told him he was very unprofessional and he was the biggest baby I've ever seen. He continued to go completely balistic on me. So, just...

Strawberry laser does not work. Expressed my concerns that it was not working for me after about my third session and all I kept being told was that if I followed the program I should see results. I followed the program guidelines but never saw results. I was given 2 extra sessions at no charge and met with the Manager (think his name was Bill & it may have been the owners son) and at the time we spoke he appeared to be genuinely concerned that the procedure did not work as expected. He promised he would address the situation and would come up with a solution for me since I paid $1,600.00! Well 7 months later & I'm still waiting for a return phone call. Something tells me I will NEVER be hearing from them. My advice is don't waste your money. I could have done a lot of better things with that money.
