Please fire the African American female (black shirt) employee. We came in today, a day where we had a local storm and power outage, so most fast food places that were open and had power were a lot busier. This 5 guys location was no different, and in her defense I get how hectic and overwhelming the rush that they were in with only 3 team members working might have been, but at the end of the day you have to do your job. For the entire duration me and my gf were there waiting for our food she kept loudly saying for everyone to here randomly or when another customer would walk in “We don’t have any more meat (pause) ! Sorry! We’ve been busy for 3 hours!” “Think about us too! We’re hungry, we’re tired, we have to use the bathroom” “yall are really working me” like you’re complaining that you’re having to do your job? Then quit? Why are you mad at customers for wanting to buy food at a food establishment? It didn’t make any sense, and like I said I sympathize with how busy it was, but her attitude and energy and the sarcastic and petty remarks that she would say to her coworkers about the customers as if we all couldn’t hear her is just unnecessary and honestly unprofessional as a manager as I would assume that’s what she is considering the other team members had on red shirts opposed to her black one. What set me off was when she got to me and my gfs order and told us they were out of bacon for my burgers and j said that’s fine could I just get a refund or something else on top of what I ordered seeing as though the bacon makes it more expensive. She noticeably gets annoyed and she says “I can give you a mile shake, a drink , a fry, I just want to hurry up and make your burger” like I wasn’t rude or confrontational at all and again her energy was just extremely off for no apparent reason. She’s a horrible representation of your business and I’d look elsewhere for a new team member,...
Read moreFive guys costs more than most burger fast food places but is good, but not great. The fries are better than most places though. A plus is that you can get whatever topping you want for no extra charge. You also can stuff yourself on peanuts if you're still hungry. I don't understand the admonishment to not take peanuts out of the restaurant because of nut allergies. Did five guys have some particular person in mind? Or perhaps they think that everybody outside of their doors would have their throats swell up and choked to death upon gazing on one of their peanuts. I did not know their peanuts were that dangerous. Don't tell anybody but secretly I embezzled some of their peanuts out of the restaurants and upon careful count I calculated that exactly zero people died over admitted to the hospital based upon my purloined peanuts. Now that I have written this purloined peanut confession I thoroughly expect that my career is over and I will spend the rest of my days in the big peanut house with my fellow peanut...
Read moreThe food was ok. I called 2 times was on hold a total of 20 minutes. Got to the store while on hold. Young lady got the order right and fast. Waited for 15 mins then came back in. No one called out any orders. They were worried about a large order. There were 4 of us waiting on food that's been ready for over 10 minutes. It took the young lady with the orangish reddish ponytail, who was working the grill and sandwich station to come over to the fry station to help clear orders. My problem is this. That young lady was already holding down a whole station. And the 4 other employees, could have helped. They were doing stuff but it seems to be no in any order. Also then manager just stayed in the back, came out, ridiculed a few employees wipes S table and went back in all while the orders sat there. I work in food service so it's takes a pretty bad trip to write...
