I remember when we first met Marc at a house we didn’t know if we could even afford and wasn’t at all what we wanted. We didn’t have any connection to them, just honestly shopping around. We didn’t know if we should even buy a house, or even if we had a right to dream about what we want because we were worried about our finances and situation. Marc and his team changed all of that. He set us up with two different mortgage companies through out time with him that helped us focus on what we could afford all of our different options and loans. He then found us at least a dozen properties or more that fit right into what we wanted, our budget, and helped us navigate our portal like pros. We found our dream property finally after a little over a year going through issues with 3 other properties losing them after contracts were signed due to no fault of our own or Marc’s just that sellers or houses were just not right. Marc never let us get discouraged through it all even when we wanted to give up. We are first time home buyers, a young family with a 6 year old and we needed something that would fit us. We reached out to Marc about this cute old house with a half acre of land and he scheduled us on a Friday to see it. He quickly called us and said they need highest and best by Friday and was able to rearrange his schedule last minute just to get us to this house the day before to see it. We put an offer in thinking there’s no way we would get it. Now we have a beautiful property and a house to start making into our home all thanks to Marc. He was more like dad when house searching and never pushed anything on us or steered us the wrong way and always had the dad jokes ready. Even during the closing process Marc was there answering our questions making us feel comfortable the whole time. I honestly could not say enough good words about this man as a realtor and now as a friend.

I had an opportunity to help Marc recently with one of his buyers who didn’t have such a good experience with his original lender. After the first lender missed a settlement date Marc was quick to get started on the process of correcting the issue. Being the 2nd lender in can usually be a difficult situation, expectations to get things done at warp speed can be stressful for everybody. Marc kept calm, focussed and informed. I explained a timeline needed to correct the previous issues and Marc made every effort to assist me in hitting our dates, we even got things done quicker than planned. Marc stayed calm, professional and organized with all of the tasks required to get this deal done. It’s never good when something outside of your control goes wrong, but having somebody like Marc in your corner when it does is a big help. Knowledge, experience and a clear and complete understanding of how to get this done should never be overlooked when you’re looking for a Realtor.
