Travis was heaven sent! My elderly father, whome is having difficulty with mobility and also technology in his old age of 81, wanted a professional to help with some technical issues he was experiencing. In person. Travis, with a smile, not only helped, but with the best bedside manner, he was very patient and even taught my father how to get into the settings and change them if need be. My father has been experiencing early stages of dementia, and sometimes repeats previous questions he has asked. Travis, without skipping a beat, never made that obvious and continued to show him the utmost respect and kindness till the end of our visit. My father, being a veteran, serving our country, walked slowly into that AT&T store in Middletown Delaware, frustrated and lost. When he left, with all of Travis's help and kindness, my veteran dad, still slowly walked out, but head held high in relief and less stressed. Thank you sooo much Travis, for being you! We wish more places had your kindness, work ethic, overall good wellbeing and leadership skills that shine so bright! May I add, Travis also helped me upgrade my phone and added a plan to my personal account. Which was something that I needed to do, but was strictly there for my father's needs. My original plan was unlimited and then he swapped my cell plan and iPad plan so I got roughly 400$ data charges for 2 months straight.
Spent 2 separate times in the store to attempt to fix the issue and it was never resolved. My pregnant wife went in on her day off and the manager gave her attitude then put her on the phone with some support number while they went to help other people buying phones. All of this wouldn't have been that big of a deal until I arrived at the store and caught the sales associate taking a picture of my wife and looked like he as texting his friends about it.. I grabbed her and will never go back. In fact I will most likely change carriers when my agreement is up with at&t. On the flip side the second time I was in the store a young lady was pleasant to work with and tried to help as much...

The store never recorded the return and we were billed by Att for 1000. 10 hrs later talking to Att customer non service AND going to the store 3 times, issue still not resolved. Last visit, I was there over an hour and half with the guy who says he was the manager, told me to call Att customer service to resolve. This "manager" stated this was his 3rd day on the job. He would not refer me to owner or a higher manager. This was the stores issue and not mine. Wasted so much time I'll never get back.
Update: Issue still not resolved 12/29/2020. Owner writes a nice little response but has not provided any contact information or a direct response to us regarding the issue and how to resolve the problem. Arbitration and small court next.
