Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Middletown

Incredible customer service...make you feel like a god amongst ants...one time I went thru the chic fil a drive thru and they got my order wrong so to make it up to me they baptized me right at the drive thru window... all I had to do is stick my head out the driver window and they poured a cup of water on my head & washed away all my sins....I now attend church regularly...they also found out who was responsible for my order they sent her straight to the eternal pit of fire...they have this secret hidden doorway in the back that leads to this chamber of fire and once the door shuts it lowers you underground until you reach hell. I watched them escort this young lady who took my order to that doorway watched them open it and kick her in and slam the door. All you heard was her scream suddenly fade in the distance as it lowered deeper & deeper into the underground until it finally reached hell. It was kick ass. They literally fire their employees as soon as they have sinned. Great overall experience. I now go there to eat on average 4x a week. Customer service, cleanliness and great food really makes all the difference. When subway gives us Jared Fogel, chic fil a gives us delicious grilled chicken sandwiches with a side of the lords blessing to smooth it over. Every time I visit this Chick fil A, I have a problem. I've visited them like twice a year since they opened, hoping for improvement but they always disappoint. I only keep going back because of convenience.

One of the worst experiences I've had there was for my son's birthday 2 years ago we ordered a couple days ahead a party platter and also a separate kids meal just for him because he has food allergies. Well when my best friend (who was doing me a huge favor) went to pick it up nothing was even ready, my order was lost along with my credit card info they had hand written down apparently. So they made the tray right then and charged me full price, no apology and they forgot to include the birthday boys separate kids meal. So meanwhile over an hour later my best friend arrives with the food, but NOTHING for the birthday boy. Isn't that spectacular???? My husband had to drive back to get the meal which they were gonna charge him for! I digress!

So we visited there after the movies last week and they got part of our order wrong and I went to have it fixed the cashier wanted to see my receipt which I couldn't find. So finally a supervisor steps in to fix my order instead of wasting my time arguing about a receipt.

The drive through had a super long line but we had to go in to get a break from driving all day with many more hours to go. Once we got inside, i was overwhelmed with the long line but it moved so fast that my husband was already at a table with our food by the time I got out of the restroom. There was a boy named Krischen (he had a name tag but I think I am spelling it wrong.) He was so pleasant with a wonderful attitude to help with anything we needed from refills to handing out mints and anything else in between. He did everything with a smile on his face and a gentle and kind voice. I have only ever eaten at chicken fli a for breakfast a few times, but I will definitely go there much more now because those chicken tenders were delicious! I can't believe how tender and juicy they were. The fries were fantastic with the perfect amount of salt. The whole experience was just great. I never thought I would be giving a fast food restaurant a review, but these guys were literally better than plenty of full service restaurants I have been to. Way to go...
