This is over due and I apologize, and is I going to ge long, but I want to give a huge shout out to Luke at National Appliance Warehouse in Middletown! We ordered and paid for a new washer on October 28th and set delivery for Tuesday November 23rd.
On Monday, the 22nd, I called them in the morning because I thought it was strange that the delivery people had not contacted us to verify. Thankfully, Luke answered the phone and after taking information, realized that he had been our salesperson and he remembered us. He asked if he could call me back, which he did and said he wasnât sure how it happened, but somehow the system glitched and changed our delivery date to âfutureâ. He had the signed paperwork that clearly had the date of 11/23 and the best the delivery manager could do was Friday. I was scheduled to work 9-9 and the 4 hour window wasnât going to work. Luke again asked if he could call me back.
Within an hour, he called and said that he boss approved, if it was okay with me that he and one of his coworkers, who just got a new pick up, could deliver it tonight (Monday)! Thanks to one of my coworkers changing their schedule, I could leave early. Luke texted me at 6:30 and said they were leaving Middletown and I met them at the house.
These guys went above and beyond because the had no dolly and carried both the old and new washer out by hand up and down a flight of stairs. Hooked up the new washer, tested for leaks and were on their way back to Middletown by 8pm. That folks is customer service!
As someone who works retail, I cannot thank...
Read moreI would give them zero but itâs not an option. My husband purchased for me on Motherâs Day last year kitchen suite of the LG thin Q washer, dishwasher, stove and fridge we pay cash and we also purchase the extended warranty for the next six years to cover the appliances for the next six years. Well the fridge stopped working right before Thanksgiving. They contacted their contractor who came out rude old gentleman, and then told us after we told him the code that the refrigerator gave they couldnât fix it until December 26, 2024 OK the fridge worked then it went out totally January 30, 2025 Oliver Food, short ribs, hot wings, turkey vegetables everything spoiled because there was no temperature in the fridge. I contacted Kate who is the account manager at At National Appliance and she did not even have the courtesy to return my email or phone call. She put in the work order and they just came yesterday February 12, 2025. I have owned a GE refrigerator prior to this LG thank you for 15 years and never had one problem. I spoke to other some of my colleagues and they all said the same thing LG appliances are trash, especially the refrigerators because theyâre constantly breaking down. I would not recommend National Appliance nor would I recommend LG if youâre looking for a brand new fridge purchase GE I will be reporting them to the Better...
Read moreT/C to National Appliance on 5/23 to report that my washer purchased Feb. 2021 was broke. Five yr. warranty still in effect on parts and labor. Advised by Zachary Boyle, Acct. Manager, that only a GE authorized repair service could fix it. Zachary noted there was only one repair company in MD and DE. After calling the appliance repair service, advised they were unable to come for an appt until 6/27 meaning a 35 day wait for repair service. Spoke again with Zachary who called GE Customer Service. GE agreed to replace my washer allowing for depreciation. Zachary negotiated with GE a reasonable cash sum to be applied to a new top of the line GE commercial Washer. Zachary exhibited good customer service in that he returned my phone calls promptly, reached out to GE for cash toward purchase of an identical model of washer, arranged for free delivery and installation. Zachary went the extra mile to help me with this difficult issue. Rest assured, all future appliance purchases will be made through Zachary Boyle at National Appliance in Middletown, DE. Shirley...
