I have called the store multiple times and have to leave 4-6 voicemails every time I call before I receive a call back. I purchased my dress on January 28. When I got home I then realized I wanted white and they had it down for ordering an off white. I immediately called the store and of course had to leave a message. I got a call back THREE days later saying it would be put in for white.
I called and left THREE voicemails from the weeks of 2/12, 2/19, and 2/26 asking for someone to return my call and let me know when my dress estimated arrival date would be. I never got a call back. I finally got an answer at the store on 3/7. Then I was informed that my dress is not scheduled to arrive until OCTOBER!!! (I am having a destination wedding IN October on October 6th), meaning this leaves me with ZERO time for alterations AND without a dress for my wedding day!! The lady proceeded to tell me that I did not ask for rush shipment or pay for rush shipping! I explained to her how I was NEVER asked if I wanted this expedited or that I would need it expidited! If I would have known this information in the beginning when I ordered my dress I would have paid the money!
I asked for her to have a manager call me and she stated she would have Danielle call me. HI waited THREE weeks before Danielle called me back! I have paid for my dress in FULL the day of ordering and now I still do not know if it will be here in time for my wedding! Danielle said she would put a RUSH shipment on my order at NO charge.
I am so upset with the service I have received thus far from this store.
I called and left a voicemail on 5/30 and 5/31 to check the status of my dress. I FINNALY called back on 6/1 and reached Niteria whom then told me that my dress isn't showing to arrive until sometime in August. I then reiterated that my wedding is OCTOBER 6th and I will be flying out the end of September. She states they are going through owner changes and she cant guarantee my dress will be here in time! I asked her to please have the owner/manager to give me a call and her response was she would give them the message but could not give me a time frame to receive a call back. She proceeded to tell me there Is no rush shipping on my order and Danielle no longer works there so what we spoke about is inevitable and that since she no longer works for the company there isn't much they could do about the information we spoke about. I am so upset knowing I dropped so much money on my dress to not know if it will be here in time for my big day and she said everything is non refundable.
Please, if you want to keep the stress level down on your wedding planning adventure do NOT I repeat do NOT use...

I ordered a customized wedding gown in early August 2018. I paid in full. I checked in in October to get an estimated delivery date and was told my dress was already done- just waiting with the manufacturer to be shipped. They said late November to early December for delivery. Woohoo!! Those dates came and went. I called again in late December and early January- I got the same spiel, "my dress is done/waiting to ship". Then after calling mid January the owner tells me my dress is NOT completed but should be very soon and they will have it by late January. This is all fine since my wedding is in early May. I get a call that my dress is on its way and I make my appt for pick up.
I got a call two days before my pick up appointment that there has been an issue with my dress and they made the wrong one. I was then informed that they now do not have enough time to make the dress I ordered and paid for before my wedding. They boutique was was willing to give a refund but it was a bit of a struggle and I am still missing almost $50 of the refund. They were very unwilling to take responsibility for the mistake and basically gave me a "better luck next time" attitude. They were hardly willing to do anything to make the mistake right. I was 90 days before my wedding with no dress and no promise of anything working out.
This was supposed to be a happy experience. My fiance's mother was there and picked out this dress. So not only was I robbed of having this happy memory but I was left without a dress and I had to start completely from scratch. This has been an unnecessary stress and heart breaking.
Update: someone reached out today via email to issue the remaining refund.
Update (3/8/19): it has been a week since someone reached out from the shop to ask for my address to mail the remaining refund. Still nothing.
Update (3/22/2019): it has been 3 weeks since the initial review and I still have yet to receive the check in the mail for the remaining part...

I went to David's Bridal and after being told no on several dresses I actually liked, I settled for trying on 3 dresses that were still too small. I was actually only able to put on 1 dress and the other 2 literally had to be held up to my body just to see what it would look like. I settled on one I thought I liked and left David's feeling discouraged and dissatisfied. My mom suggested I try to find a boutique specifically for plus size women. I didn't even know such a thing existed until I was BLESSED with Belle Bridal. I went in with so much excitement and the ladies there truly made me feel comfortable and the try on options were basically ENDLESS! I ended up deciding on a gown that I love so much and am so excited to wear for my big day. I lovingly call my gown "My most beautiful girlfriend" because she truly is a beauty. Thank you to Johnda and Nitearia for doing all they could to help me find a dress I feel like a queen in and for being so understanding and encouraging.
