If I could leave 0 stars I would. I wouldn’t take a dog here. I started off with dirty blonde hair (1st photo) and I showed the stylist a reference photo showing a nice brown color (2nd photo). I was there for 4-5 hours and my hair ended up even more blonde than how I came in (3rd photo). I left and went back shortly after to get a refund. The owner seemed apologetic and wanted to fix my hair. So I sat back down in the chair (big mistake). I sat there another 3 hours for my hair to end up like this (4th photo). They blamed my hair for “not being able to darken” which is a complete lie as I’ve had my hair dark plenty of times. The owner also said “I’d love to have you back in 2 weeks to fix this” and I declined because at that point my hair would probably fall out with all the damage they have already caused for no reason. They bleached my hair when I wanted to go darker. I don’t know how they got licensed honestly. Do not go to this salon unless you want brassy, reddish orange hair.

Update: I have now visited 3 times and plan to continue to make a regularly scheduled appointments with Kristen. She understands my problem areas and spends time accordingly on them each appointment I have. I have found relief from tension headache and continue to see the many advantages of cupping. The space is beautiful and calming, I look forward to beginning to use some of their many other services!

I have been to many massage therapists over the years, and I could not be happier with the care I receive from Kristen. She has magic hands, and is very intuitive in targeting whatever trouble spots I may have. At my first visit several months ago, Kristen immediately put me at ease, and really listened to my issues, which she addressed thoroughly and competently. She is fun to talk to, but instantly respectful of times I am quiet (usually relaxed and nodding off). Kristen's care and compassion have helped me through a really challenging time in my life, and I could not have been the caregiver I needed to be without her relieving my knotted and sore muscles.
