Design 2 Wear 2 — Local services in Middletown

I have bought merch from this retailer since my kids were in school so decided to try and use them for a work event. Bad decision!! I called on Tuesday for a quote and such. Here it is Friday and Im no further than I was then. I was told several times that Id receive an email about this or that and never got anything from them. I received ZERO communication from them unless I called them. I am trying to do the right thing and support local business but now Im scrambling to try and find someone to do the shirts last minute.
