Cardi's Mattresses — Local services in Middletown

Customer service when at the store was a great experience!.... my queen bedframe broke on one side (found out just two screws holding the wood to the metal piece..I'm sure will break again! ). Called cardis and was suppose to have a replacement delivered yesterday, but unfortunately someone took ill on the road so the delivery never made it. Completely understandable.....scheduled again for next day (today) between 1pm - 3pm and it is now 5:20pm and still no frame and we had to call them three times during the day to make sure they were still coming. Dont guarentee times when customers schedule their life around the times given for delivery. Would be nice If delivery people gave courtesy calls instead of the customer chasing them down. Only three stars because frame shouldn't be made to hold anything bigger than a twin and delivery...

purchased 18 years ago Cardis in Seekonk , an adjustable bed with all. Queen size with 3 moves. Excellent bed always. Time to downsize to full and going thru Cardis again. due to my issues from way neck to spinal diseases etc. I will repurchase thru them again with alot of experience they have. I did my shopping around , prices, whats new, etc. Thier knowledge and my rheumotologist and neuro. said 100 percent correct..certain mattresss great for others and for me cannot..and one of the profressional men at fall river, picked right up on what mattress would not be great for my condition.. so smart , honest., and not more money either.. ty cardis for being honest and...

We purchased a memory foam mattress from Cardi’s. In less than a month, I started to have back aches. They said wait 3 months. I waited, backaches continued. I called and eventually they showed up. They never even sat on the mattress. They took a string measurement for flatness of the mattress. Well, a memory foam mattress is flat until there is a warm weight on it. In the morning my mattress looks like a hammock.They said the mattress is fine. When we travel, I don’t have back aches. I don’t have backaches in my motor home. This purchase was a total waste of $1,500. I have to buy another mattress and guess where it...
