Michaels — Local services in Middletown

If I could give negative stars I would. Twice I have gone into Michaels framing store hauling all of my artwork in to be framed. And now twice the employee was unable to input the order and have the system accept the order to pay, and each time I was told to haul my artwork home again and come back another time. As if I will waste my time again. Each time took well over an hour of my time while the order was input over and over, and the store refuses to keep your artwork for a qualified person to input the order the next day. Twice with the same person I heard the story about how the system just happened to glitch, as if systems glitch on this order only twice a week apart. No manager could help and there is no person at Michael's corp to call. I will do my framing at a company that knows how to do business and take care of customers and...

A must go! Amazing prices and fabulous customer service! Michaels has been my go to store for picture frames and more as I have recently decided to decorate my walls with photos spanning myself and my generations of my family's lifetime. This has turned out to be a larger project than I had initially anticipated as I have discovered more and more photos worth framing, and Scott has been with me every step of the way working within my budget coming up with ideas, and educating me. All employees are always so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Tonie is my favorite though, she always remembers my favorite items to purchase and on numerous occasions has helped me come up with project ideas for me to teach kids! Once I was on my way to work (I teach painting) when I realized that I had forgotten my big easal at home, and I didn't have time to go get it - I was already running late! I took a chance and called the store to see if they had the easal I needed in stock - she not only informed me that they had it, she also brought it up front for me so I could run in and out! That's true customer service!! She saved the day!!...
