Trippys (or Jordans smoke shop as it shows up on cc) is great especially when the owner TJ is in, he's very knowledgeable and polite, have been buying from him for years. Henry is the other person that runs Trippys and can appear to be rough but he just takes a little bit of time to get used to. Also dear underage people they will check your ID completely down to the date, and will kick you out if it's not compliant. That's the law and the police already tried to shut them down for just selling kratom (news reported 8t as mysterious powder thinking it was cocaine, and now they're suing the police or state from what i understand for that discrimination) but because of this they definitely aren't taking any chances. I went in to get help with a Zippo lighter; with no idea what was wrong or how to fix it and honestly not wanting to purchse another one just a few days after buying it.
So I go in and ask, "Hey, yeah, actually can you help me with this Zippo I can't get it to work and I have no idea what's wrong."
I get an awesome, "Yeah sure." And honestly he didn't seem like he wanted to mess with it a lot to start with, but after a few minutes and some actual consumers between, he got it working. I never even caught his name.
