We were never greeted. We waited at the front line for quite a bit while the gentleman working on mobile orders, didnât even acknowledge us for quite a while. Finally when acknowledged, he proceeded to make our food. Very very small portions. I asked him if he could put a full scoop of meat on my bowl because it was about a half a scoop. He proceeded to argue with me. I said Nevermind , he scooped it and threw it on the bowl and shoved it the line with attitude. Then gave me dirty looks down the line. The cashier seemed to notice I was upset , and she said something to the manager, when we told her that the guy was rude. The manager spoke with us, and he was very friendly. He said that he would take care of it. We sat at the booth by their stockroom in the dining room, and the gentleman who we had an issue with went in and out of the stockroom 8 times (we counted) and slammed the door loudly behind him every single time it seemed just to annoy us. He would go in and grab one thing and come back out and go back in a minute later. Very obviously to make us uncomfortable and to irritate us. We didnât even finish our meals and wound up throwing them in the trash and we left because it was very obvious He was doing this on purpose to annoy us in retaliation. Very childish.    Read morePlaced an online order, when I checked out in the app it specifically asked for my phone number In Case they were out of stock on item or anything in regards to my orderâŠ. 25 mins later I finally get there to pick up my food (mind you it should have already been done and bagged up sitting on the shelf waiting for me to grabâŠ.) it wasnât even done yet. I ask one of the workers there where the order is and she goes and checks the ticket and comes back to tell me they donât have steak or chicken. All they could provide was pork or beef. I asked why they didnât call to tell me (no big deal just find it weird to ask for customers number for that reason alone to just not use it) worker proceeds to tell me they are not required to call. So I tell her my meat options and she starts working on the order. I run to the restroom while order is being made and by the time I get out my order is sitting on the shelf waiting. I collect my order and drive all the way home, once Iâm home they forgot 3/5 of the ingredients that I put on my burritoâŠ. I have a very simple burrito order. Meat, rice, cheese, lettuce, sour cream. I got a burrito with meat and cheese. Thatâs all.    Read moreThis place used to be good a few years ago but has since gone completely downhill. I have not been here in probably three months and today I was reminded why. Letâs first take note of the fact that everybody here literally looks like they absolutely hate their job. Nobody smiles everyone looks miserable. now for food: Absolutely so skimpy on the ingredients for the bowls. I literally watched the worker sprinkle the tiniest amount of cheese on everyoneâs bowl ahead of me. It had to of been about a teaspoon. I kept laughing to myself wondering if there was a cheese shortage or something. When it got to me I asked her for lots of cheese and she continued to just sprinkle about three or four little pieces of cheese on my bowl at a time and I kept asking for more. I wouldâve happily paid extra for something I wanted if this was a change however I donât think you should skimp on the ingredients for something people are paying more money for now since you raise your prices yet again. Definitely will not return to this location in the future. There are plenty other food options close by and I will not continue to pay more money for products when you get less food.
