I called Bartos because my wedding ring and bands were soldered by another chain jewelry store and broke before my wedding day. I got married with a broken ring because I was afraid to take them back because they send the rings away and it takes a long time and I felt they would still not be right. I called Bartos after putting up with my constantly spinning rings and shared my story. Michael was awesome he said he would fix them and they would be better than when new. He said I’d have them back in about a week. The next day he called to tell me my ring was done! He started working on it and decided I’d been long enough with a broken ring. I had my ring back in 1 day and as he promised it’s better than before! I love it and am so thrilled it no longer spins! Bartos is now my go to jeweler! I highly recommend...

Another jeweler in town made it seem like they would need to modify the setting and quoted an extremely high price.
