One star is even pushing it ... this Aaron's in midland is a JOKE. Very unprofessional, dont care about their customers let alone loosing them. We purchased a washer and dryer had it delivered on a Tuesday (their set appointment) when recieved here to the house the dryer was scratched up and we denied it, we were told they would have another one out the following Tuesday and to keep this one until they came back out. The following Tuesday came and went then it was Wednesday then hummmm Saturday is here and an hour before they close they decide to call and try to set something up. Well not after their communication is so POORLY and when I asked what the problem was after manager got on the phone he basically said well your not in our normal delivery range and so we just need to know when we can pick our stuff up. This place is not willing to work with their customers. They wanted to be very unprofessional so we wanted them to pick up their product and we went to someone else and even after we stated they could come get it we were going to go through someone else they still didnt care and was just RUDE. Now if you cared about your customers you would try to please them and make sure they were happy and not wanting to go...

I had a great experience at Aaron's. I first looked at rent a center in search of a new couch. When I walked into Aaron's, the first thing I noticed was prices were easily half of what they were at rent a center. This led me to also buy a stereo and a headboard from them too, for less than what I would've paid monthly for just a couch. Not only were prices lower in the first place but the salesman Dave, got the price even lower for us! He was kind and professional and not at all pushy. He really wanted us to have what we wanted. The general manager Nick was nice and explained the whole lease to us (down to the fine print details). When Dave and the other delivery guy (didn't get his name) delivered an hour later they set everything up, showed us how to use the stereo and were even friendly with my niece and our dog. I had a great experience when I went in there to get my furniture and I was told that if I am ever in a bind that I can communicate with them and they will work with me. They lied, every communication I have with nick he is rude and condescending towards me and my fiancé. He is in pleasant to deal with and I’m noticing there are a LOT of negative reviews on here about how he treats customers. I’m not sure why nothing is being done about his poor attitude it’s obvious that this man has cost you guys a lot of money because people return their furniture and go somewhere else. At this point, I’m about to do the same. Being a nice and pleasant person will get you so much further in life. And if he’s so miserable that he needs to bring that attitude to work then maybe he shouldn’t be working there. He’s better off somewhere that doesn’t include human...
