This place is an absolute joke! The employees were so ignorant, slow , and careless! Screwed up my entire meal. Didn’t listen to anything I said! Refused to remake my food they screwed up! Jerry whom claims he’s a manager was so unprofessional and nasty! Im a paying customer and YOU guys screwed up my meal! Make it right! He should not be in customer service! Wouldn’t fix their mistakes and whipped a thing of shredded cheese across the counter at me for my chili cheese dogs since they made them wrong the first time he expects me to throw shredded cheese on myself! “You’re getting it for free idk why you’re complaining!” Get real! This place needs to close! It’s a bunch of kids with bad attitudes and poor management! Embarrassment of an establishment! Whoever is in charge of this place needs to reevaluate how they are running it! Don’t comment to reach out to via a link that doesn’t work either! I have had no call back from the store manger! No one has responded to me! Really care about your paying customers, huh? DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE...

At the sign ready to order when the light goes out they say they are closing at 9:30.....but it's only 9:28 , the girl says too bad we are closed. There were cars ahead of me and getting orders..When we said we wont come back to DQ she was ok with it and says ok have a nice day in a smirking way. We called the manager and even though she said that we should not of had an experience like that from the employee really I didnt have relief from her either. We drove over 30 minutes to get there and had the most dismissive experience. The food may be good but some of the workers su*k and we could do without their food on general principles. THIS WAS MIDLAND MICHIGAN STORE ON SOUTH SAGINAW RD. Please consider food at a more people oriented organization.....at least on time to make a point! Thank you fellow food lovers.

P.S. On all the bad reviews I noticed no effort was given to rectify our experiences by enticing us with refunds or gift certificates/coupons. So why come back to waste more money and...

If you decide to get food here, absolutely do not go through the drive through. I wanted Mellow Yellow and the attendant told me they didn't have it, or sprite zero. I asked him about the coke machine up front and he said he checked and came back and told me they didn't have Mellow Yellow. That sounded weird, so after I got my food I went back inside and they obviously had mellow yellow and sprite zero, and everything else that's obviously not in the back.

Look, if they didn't want to go 10 steps to the front of the store, they could have just handed me the cup and let me know to come in to fill it up. I don't even care that I had to do that; the part that really bothers me is that they lied to me because they didn't want to...
