Unfortunately I don't feel very welcome at the Midland location. I get greeted 2 out of 10 times I go. Some employees are nicer than others. I'm a regular. I just spent $1000 here last month, and they still can't say hi. Prices are good/ok depending on the items. They have what I want. That's the ONLY REASON I continue to go. I've been shopping here for about 5 years. Go somewhere else if you can help it. You deserve better. I deserve better. (I'm also a local cashier) no bias opinion.
I looked at a special edition console that apparently didn't have the matching controller. When I purchased it the next day it had the matching controller with it. So the next time I'm in I ask if they have any special edition controllers for sale and they quickly said no like they did when I inquired about the special edition console a couple weeks prior. I told them this story and asked if they were sure. They said yes and that was it. Never even looked. I said ok I just wanted to be sure. I casually looked around at other merchandise and began to leave. Once again without a "have a good day" or "thanks". They literally didn't acknowledge me at all other than hastily answering my question.
Reply to owner: Thanks for your response. This was a very similar situation last week when I asked about controllers also. No one looked. I wanted to take his word for it, but because of the miscommunication with the console I bought a few weeks ago, I didn't. When this situation happens at my store, I say I'll double check, and always do. Yes your employees were working on stocking or pricing items at the time but neither one was with a customer. By not taking two seconds it takes to look or even pretend to look (I wouldn't know the difference) it made me feel unimportant as a customer. Thank you for reminding the employees to greet. I was gonna buy something, was genuinely trying to locate a few things, had considered finnaly investing in some D&D equipment to use with my group or even possibly pick up a gift š for my wife (Iāve been trying to locate a copy of simpsons hit and run for her for a while) but every inquiry I made about a specific item, I would get a negative attitude , they seem to always give poor attitudeās when you inquire about anythingā¦.. itās been a few years since dropped in and maybe, āI thoughtā the atmosphere had changedā¦ā¦ā¦

Unless your an attractive female I wouldnāt stop by for gaming supplies or collectibles unless your well Informed and know exactly what you want because the employees that work at āGame Onā Never seem to want to help and Iāve been buying games at the establishment since they still had launch š parties for ps3 and 4

The staff at the Midland Michigan store is stuck up and rude to the customers and expects the customer to conform to how they or the store is. They sell damaged MTG cards. When I had to leave your store quickly I never saw those about 200.00 in cards and some cards from my personal collection. Your staff at the midland store showed no concern for my condition, the cards I was buying, and my personal collection that I lost when I didn't come back into the midland store due to I was on my way to the hospital to were I was in the hospital for about a week.
