BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Midland

Went in there for my wife's birthday as she receive the "free birthday" drink text from that location, since this is the only location that we have ever gone to. The instructions on the text were as simple as "show this text to receive you free birthday drink". The lady that was helping us did not know how to process this order, which is fine and understandable as she may be new. Another lady comes up and says they don't do anything with birthday drinks, and claims she's the owner of that location. We show her the text and the number in which it came from, that matches that location, and she comes up with some story about how the company she goes through probably messed things up and that she would never honor something like that. The text stated straight out that it was from that Bigby location, very misleading advertising and awful service from the "owner". Should have honored the error and corrected it after, as with any sort of retail establishment.. but customer service eludes the owner of that Bigby. If I want some tasty coffee beverage I will never go there, and if I really want something from Bigby I will travel to one in a...

As of May 21 ⭐️⭐️ Upon opening the door, both baristas just stared at me. No kind greeting. There is no need for a parade, but a simple good morning is nice. However, at the POS, I was greeted. I ordered a cappuccino. I was not asked to clarify the size. I was charged for and given the 20 oz; which is not the size for a cappuccino, and rude to automatically charge the customer for the big size.

5 months ago ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I came with a gift card that had an unscannable strip. I did not know the balance. The barista kindly, with a smile, typed in the long code, only to discover that the card was empty. The barista then told me that it may have points. I asked if I could get that total. Today, We ordered three drinks. A frozen hot chocolate, a hot pumpkin spice, and a frozen pumpkin spice. We got the hot chocolate and hot pumpkin spice and then waited about 15 minutes for our other drink. When a worker finally asked if we were still waiting for anything, we told him we were waiting for our frozen pumpkin spice and he said okay. The girl who gave us our first drinks then looked at us and told us she gave us all our drinks. My mom then proceeded to show up her receipt and show them her order. The guy then apologized and started to make our last drink. The girl then said, ‘I know what she ordered, and she only ordered one drink’. We then got our drinks and left. Worst experience ever and I don’t think we will be going back...
