Can't even give this a 1 star review. Absolutely the worst experience in dealing with the people at the Clinique counter. First, I've been using Clinique for 30 years. The sales people don't even know their product. I asked for certain items and they ask me if its a Clinique item. I had to point it out in the case and said see that's it. I could sell Clinique so much better than these people. Second, had to return some unused products I bought less than a week ago. Two people there, a girl named Chris and another one named Alexa or Alexia, stood there looking at another associates cell phone video knowing I was standing there. Waited 10 minutes, then asked if they could help. Chris was very unfriendly and acted like I was bothering her. I told her that I had some items to return. She asked if there were used and I said no. I explained why I was returning them and she proceeded to open each box and tell me that they had been used. Then she calls over Alexia and says these items have been used and what should she do. Alexia took one look at them and said they are used because there was a lipstick smear on the inside of the lid which was very small. I told her they had not been used And she proceeded to tell me that they had been used. She said in that case all you can have is a exchange. I told her I have not use them. She turns around to the sales associate Chris and says mark them as damage and rudely walked off. While she did that she rolled her eyes at me. I was in no way rude to them and did not raise my voice. Chris proceeded to give me the refund not saying a word after that. I have never been treated like that at the Clinique counter. I have spent so much money at that counter. I have spent thousands at the Chanel counter and also the Dior. Both sales associates there including Ashley have been wonderful and always helpful when I would come in. The few times that I have purchased Clinique lately I have found that the sales associates do not know their product and have been rude and not patient with people. I do enjoy shopping at the Dillards in Odessa. The Clinique girls are very friendly and love helping. I will not purchase any more Clinique items from this Dillards. Until they find friendlier and more knowledgeable sales associates then I might come back. I did find Alexia to be the rudest of all of them and I don't know if she's a manager or whatever but that's not how a manager should be. Someone that stands around watching videos on her phone while there are customers waiting would not be the person I would want...

She is very well informed on all releases, ingredient lists and proper care. I recently take my new boyfriend shopping with me and he is so picky and doesn’t like to shop or waste time… he told me “You’re Friend is such a wonderful sales rep and has amazing manners, I enjoy taking you to shop with her.” I told him I only knew Ashley from shopping at the Chanel counter and not on a personal basis at all…. Then I realized she has always treated me with exceptional caring manners, as if she knew me personally. She always makes me feel special and is always willing to help choosing products or offering alternatives. Not once have I ever felt bad for spending my good hard earned money with her because she is not pushy, and shopping with her makes the experience worthwhile. She pays attention to small details, packages everything so professionally and she makes the whole normal shopping experience feel like a nice treat in a exclusive boutique. I am no one special at all but she makes me feel special and I am sure she treats all her customers just as well as she treats me. Every time is recommend Ashley’s help to a friend or family, they always tell me she’s was so classy, profesional and wonderful. There is no one else...

Not even the district store manager can help! They want to tell me vintage means used no lady go look up the WORD and then she wants to tell me my husband should of looked at the purse closely... if you ever had a husband lady, you would know men dont pay attention to detail!!!! And if yall would of told him it was USED/REFURBISHED it would of been a different story!!! i wouldn't be trying to get an exchange!!!!!
