Darrian and Lucas helped us when I bought a crossbow that was the last one on the rack. Could not find the box at first when I brought it back the next day because The crossbow was not allowing the string to lock back. They worked with me, trying to figure it out and looked again and actually found the original box with the parts I was missing. Realized the bowl was defective so they. also called every Dunham store in the area to find another one for me to go get. They also made it worth my while by giving me a percentage off the bill. Did not have very much success with the Bay City store as far as then honoring the price for all the hassle. So I had to go toThe Midland store where they worked with me still. Was racially profiled today while hanging out in the mall with my family. Walked in because a cup caught my eye and my family followed me in, we didn’t get far into the store when I heard one of the associates say “it’s 4 of them right”. Then as me and my daughter were walking out of their sight the women then ask if we needed help. I politely told her “No” and went to get my husband and son so we could get the hell out their store. Proper customer service should have greeted us as we walked in, but they were at the registers having a personal conversation instead. I’ve never stolen a thing in my life, we work hard for our money and spend well on what we want and need. The manager, Soyer (I think that is how you spell it) was an amazing help to me in finding out a lot about handguns and the laws around them. It doesnt simply take a positive attitude to provide customer service. But knowledge and conversation skills are huge and this gentleman certainly has it. Also, as soon as walking in and mentioning where I was going, the front register guy told someone I was going back there and he immediately came over to help me.
