Hot Shots — Restaurant in Midland

The service was ok, especially a lady named Jennie but the manager Dave Chin is horrible and harasses his employees! Just the other night, a few of us were buying some shots for the waitress and as she went to take the shot, Dave says, "Don't buy her shots. She doesn't need the calories." He degrades her a lot and tells her she is fat and that "there are no fat waitresses that work at Hot Shots." This place would be WAY better with more respectable managers/owners who don't discriminate against its employees. P.S. The bartender (Ashley I think is her name) needs an attitude adjustment. It was the lowest place for a drink in west Texas. It took an average of 30min of waiting in line for a drink of just a beer nothing just a fancy. The bartenders were busy making there own drinks to put on somebody else. Taking drinks in front of customers while they were waiting and trying to get there attention. Was told to just wait and not be so hasty and they wanted to have a drink like the other paying patrians. Don't complain unless you would want to get kicked out for asking for customer service expectancy. Will never go back into the establishment unless it was under...

This is a great dive bar. Have been coming here for years. They have live music on the weekends, pool tables/shuffleboard, and plenty of seating. There are plenty of TVs to choose from and you can tell they are constantly doing little things to update the bar here and there.
