I am a regular customer at TJ. Maxx Homegoods. I have tried calling customer service to address my issues and concerns but nothing seems to work nothing is ever done to reprimand their associates. That’s why this behavior has continued as long as it has. There’s absolutely no customer service in the store. Associates are very rude. One in particular that has black hair with blonde striping in the front with dark black glass frames. I believe her name is Berenisa (I’m not about to spanish translate that) in particular is EXTREMELY RUDE!! And, has a HORRIBLE attitude has absolutely no business working in customer service! Another associate that is apparently some kind of a cashier lead her name is Emily. I have had several incidents with this girl very young possibly a student also has no customer service skills. I had forgotten my phone once and they called her to come unlock She said she just gave this very rude face. Which was COMPLETELY unnecessary. I don’t know how I was bothering her. I simply forgot my phone and she had to hand it to me and it just seemed to bother her.
So all in all if you are going to Homegoods , don’t expect by any means to experience any kind of a customer service experience that is not the way things are done here in...
